The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. I loved having access to the laundry room and gym on the fourth floor, especially since they're open 24/7 – super convenient! Plus, the location near Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street is a huge bonus. It's a great spot for both business trips and vacations.

The hotel was excellent! The room was incredibly clean and quiet, which was a huge plus for me traveling alone with my child. It's about a ten-minute walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and you can catch a bus back from the Bund. You can buy delicious butterfly pastries at the International Hotel nearby. Plus, there's a Qiqihar BBQ restaurant downstairs that my daughter and I ate at for two days straight! I think it offers fantastic value for money, definitely on par with or even better than Atour. And the staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

This hotel's location is truly excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from Metro Line 2, and the best part is it's only a 5-minute walk to Nanjing East Road. We could easily go back to the hotel to rest when we got tired from shopping and then head out again. The cleanliness is also superb, and the service is great. I really liked the scent of the toiletries too. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Shanghai in the future. Highly recommended! My child was very happy. The breakfast was also rich and varied, and the front desk staff were so kind and friendly. Five stars!

Great location, close to the metro. Upon check-in, I received a room upgrade. Everything in the room was satisfactory. As I later found out, the internet was good (Google and Telegram worked; at another hotel, these didn't), though the speed wasn't great. I booked a room with lounge access. It was quite modest, but good enough for a snack. Hot options included rice, chicken with vegetables, and noodles in sauce. There was also cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, and sweets. The bar was quite extensive, offering Martini, spirits, wine, champagne, and soft drinks. They didn't ask for a deposit upon check-in. It's a good option for accommodation, and it's convenient to walk to the embankment.

This time, when I brought my child to Shanghai for a trip, I still chose the Crowne Plaza Shanghai Nanjing Road. After a tiring full day at Disneyland, we arrived at the hotel and were grateful for the room upgrade to a suite. After checking out, we realized we had left a bag behind. A big thank you to staff member #066 who helped us find it and even arranged for it to be couriered home. The service here is absolutely amazing! Thank you very much! ❤️❤️

We had an excellent stay at Youli Hotel. The location is very good as it is just few minutes away from everywhere we want to go in Shanghai. It is also very near to the Metro Station. Basically the location is 10 out 10! For muslims, u can easily walk to GuanGuanJi Halal Restaurant and Halal Hot Pot from the hotel. Below is also a Family Mart and across the stress there is Luckin. The staffs are also very helpful and courteous. I would like to applaud all of them for the excellent customer service. We can easily contacy them via WeChat for all our needs. Well done YouLi Hotel!! I will definitely come back to stay if am in Shanghai and will also recommend Youli Hotel to my friends!

The room is spacious enough for a single or double occupancy, and the price is quite reasonable. It's very close to the subway station, with a pedestrian street right downstairs. Bailian is right in front, and New World, World Trade Center, and POP Mart are all nearby. Joy City is just one subway stop away. The location and transportation are truly excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai. Keep up the good work!

I recently stayed at Yitel Premium and absolutely loved it! The location is amazing—right in the heart of the pedestrian street, so it's super convenient to walk anywhere. It's also really close to a famous Xiaolongbao restaurant, and DiDi drivers can pick you up right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room every single day. The best part was that my stay coincided with my birthday, and the staff was so sweet to upgrade my room for free! The service here is top-notch. I also loved the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, and the free washing machine was a huge plus. The only minor things were a slight cigarette smell that probably came through the AC vents, which was understandable. However, the only real downside was that my room faced the main road, so the traffic noise was quite loud. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and you can easily walk to the Bund from there! The service is fantastic, Judy was especially attentive! This is our second time booking with them. We also enjoyed a visit to the wax museum next door and had dinner at New Century 3rd Warehouse! It was a wonderful trip! The overall value for money was excellent; everything from the environment and cleanliness to the service was incredibly satisfying. The air was fresh and odorless, the bedding was soft and clean, and the soundproofing was good, making for a very quiet night and excellent sleep quality. The toiletries were complete and effective, and the facilities were comprehensive, leading to a very comfortable stay. I especially want to commend the front desk staff for their incredibly thoughtful service! I was in a rush during this trip and accidentally left my charging cable somewhere near the hotel. I was really anxious when I realized it was missing. The front desk lady was very patient and gently calmed me down. She carefully asked about the route I had taken and diligently helped me search and verify. She was attentive and responsible throughout the entire process and eventually helped me retrieve my item, which was incredibly heartwarming. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient, with no tedious waiting. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, providing meticulous and thorough service. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. The overall experience far surpassed other hotels in the same price range. Whether for leisure travel or business trips, this is a highly recommended hotel! I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area and sincerely recommend it to everyone!
