Close to the airport, which made getting around very convenient. The shuttle schedule was well-planned, making it easy to relax and settle in. The only downside was the poor soundproofing; I could hear people talking outside the hotel at night.

Great value for a layover, but brace for the morning rush. Pros: · For the rate, the room is perfectly comfortable and the food is decent. The breakfast spread (seen in the pics) actually offers a good mix—Chinese food, plus coffee and juices. For a quick airport stop, it hits the spot. · Convenient transport: If you skip the shuttle, ordering a taxi directly from the hotel to the airport is super easy and fast. Cons to note: · Elevator & shuttle crowds: The biggest inconvenience is the morning checkout rush. Everyone is heading to the airport at the same time, so the elevators get jammed, and the queue for the bus shuttle can be crowded. It's absolutely fine for the price. Just leave your room 15–20 minutes earlier than you think you need to, or simply grab a taxi from the front door to avoid the shuttle chaos. Would stay again for an early flight.

This is my first review on Trip.com, and it's for this hotel! The check-in staff, Jeery Zhang, was incredibly warm and helpful, resolving all our requests. She was very responsible and empathetic. I'm pleasantly surprised to find such a 5-star service experience in a Holiday Inn, even within China. The concierge service was excellent too, assisting us with our luggage.

Facilities: Average, a bit old. Hygiene: Around 10 AM, I wanted to get into bed and felt something gritty on my calf. I thought it was the pattern on the sheet, but when I turned on my flashlight, I saw tiny particles. I have no idea what they were. Service: I called the front desk, and they asked me what it was. I said I didn't know. The staff member who came to check also asked me what it was, and I repeated that I didn't know. They then suggested it might be cookie crumbs from my daughter. I booked a double bed, and my daughter was on the other bed the whole time; my bed's duvet hadn't even been disturbed. I didn't push the issue, I just wanted fresh bedding, but that suggestion made me feel like they were trying to shirk responsibility. This kind of service is truly uncomfortable. These unknown particles could be a big deal or a small one... Breakfast: Especially bad. You're better off just eating at the airport. Children over a certain height are charged an extra 30 yuan per person.

This was my first stay here. It's not a brand new hotel, but the facilities are still good, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was standard, typical for a business hotel. The front desk service was excellent, and they offer airport drop-off, which makes getting around very convenient. The location is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, and there are plenty of small shops nearby, so finding food isn't an issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Service: The front desk service was excellent. I forgot my room card, and the staff personally took me to unlock my room. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I think this hotel offers the best value for money in Shanghai. It's also very close to the airport and provides a free shuttle service. Highly recommend!

This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Disneyland. It's just a 20-minute drive from Disneyland, and the hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service. The breakfast is incredibly diverse, catering to everyone's tastes. What's more, they provide not only breakfast and dinner but also a late-night snack, all of which were excellent. They also have a shuttle service to the airport and subway station, always on time. When checking in, the staff proactively helped with our luggage, and every little detail made us feel so welcome. The room was very clean, the bedding soft and comfortable, and housekeeping was top-notch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the fruit was fresh. You can also store your luggage at the hotel after checking out and still enjoy the dining, transportation, and luggage storage services. On the first floor, you can even make handmade fans for free. I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel's fantastic butler-style service. Although visiting Disneyland was quite tiring, staying at this hotel made me feel so warm and right at home.

Purely came here with the kids for a change of scenery to do homework. All the staff were great. There was a slight issue with the TV, but it was promptly resolved after we reported it. The night snack server was very nice, and the tangerine peel red bean soup was delicious. They even provided extra ice cubes on the side, which shows great attention to detail. We'll be back in a few days.
