There were no tissues in the room and they were not placed. When I went to the front desk to remind me, I did not follow it. I called the service desk and did not come to the room. Very nice hotel service could be better

It is quite a large hotel, we missed the described luxury! The breakfast room was very large, it was loud and uncomfortable, not a trace of the high standard described! Definitely not worth €29.90. The food was okay, but there was a lack of pets and, above all, the necessary atmosphere! Big drawback of the pool and wellness area, which had to be paid additionally, €16 per person if you want to swim in the morning before breakfast is a no go! For this hotel category you should have a coffee machine in the room :-( there was also no normal hand mirror on the wall. Conclusion according to the great description you are disappointed, we expected more!

The hotel is centrally located, near the cathedral, everything can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. Friendly staff, the rooms are a bit old but still okay. The service is very good.

We had booked a room over New Year's Eve. Everything went wonderfully and smoothly. What was annoying was that the minibar wasn't stocked.

4 star hotel not 5, there are no minibars ... too high price to be 4 star without minibars.
