At the same time, I found on my phone that I had received a reply from Marriott customer service in the United States via email, apologizing and telling me that the complaint had been forwarded to relevant hotel personnel for processing. The email arrived at 23:23! Everything has an answer. Asking the front desk for help will not get you reasonable trea**ent, but you will arrange follow-up immediately after receiving the internal email notification. If you really had a responsible attitude, someone should have responded to the problem and given a solution three or four hours in advance. However, after receiving the internal notification, he chose to knock on the guest room door and make various harassing phone calls in the middle of the night! I don’t know if Marriott’s internal work guidelines have such a method. I couldn't fall asleep after being woken up in the middle of the night, and it wasn't until about four o'clock that I managed to rest for about two hours.
