Lingnan Tiandi is right near the hotel, and you can walk to Zumiao Temple in about 10 minutes. We got an upgraded executive room. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but very clean and relatively quiet. For the first two nights, it was perfectly silent. On the last night, I could hear some loud door closing and washing sounds from other rooms. There are also some great local eateries nearby that are cheap and delicious."

Inconsistent Housekeeping & Service: Housekeeping missed restocking basic amenities during the stay. Even worse, after specifically requesting extra towels at the reception, they were never delivered. Disappointing Breakfast Selection: The breakfast buffet lacked variety, serving the exact same items every single day. Compared to other hotels in China at a lower price point, the food and overall value fell significantly short. Verdict: Given the service lapses, repetitive dining options, and out-of-the-way location, the value for money simply isn't there. I would not recommend staying here, especially for business travelers who value efficiency and reliable service."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Asia Arts Park. Lucy at the front desk was very attentive and even gave us complimentary breakfast. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great variety including multigrain porridge, Chinese and Western options, and authentic local dim sum. Plus, it's a direct subway ride to the high-speed rail station, no detours needed!"

"I give Arcadia Hotel a 5-star rating! The reception area is a bit small, but the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, meeting all our needs and even providing us with swimming vouchers. The room was spotless, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided fantastic natural light. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, which was a plus. I would definitely choose Arcadia again and highly recommend it."

"I was in Lecong with a friend to look at furniture. This hotel is in a great location and easy to find. Parking is also convenient, with ground-level parking spaces and charging stations, which is great for electric vehicles! It was raining that day, and I planned to park on the ground and charge my car. The security guard at the entrance had excellent service awareness; he saw me get out of the driver's seat and came over with an umbrella. It was a heartwarming moment! After plugging in the car, I entered the hotel lobby, and the lobby manager actively greeted me and directed me to a lovely young lady at the front desk for check-in. The young lady was very polite, addressed me by name, and enthusiastically introduced the hotel's restaurant, gym, pool, and surrounding area. During our conversation, the lobby manager brought me lemon water, which instantly felt not just thirst-quenching but also very 'sweet'!! The hotel elevators are great, fast and stable, thumbs up! On the way to my floor, I passed a cleaning staff member in the hallway who smiled warmly and nodded in greeting. The room was very clean, and you could tell the wooden floor had been deeply maintained. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had good bounce and support! The bathroom was very spacious, making it comfortable and harmonious to use! The lighting in the hotel room was excellent; there were no direct lights, only floodlighting, which was great! There were also two adjustable settings, soft and bright, simplifying complex lighting controls – I have to praise that! I had nothing to do that evening, so I visited the pool and gym. The gym facilities were quite comprehensive, and the pool water was very clean. They even sold swimsuits and goggles, which was very convenient and pleasant! Upon check-out the next day, the front desk lady kindly reminded me to gather all my belongings from the room and to scan a QR code for free parking before leaving. All in all, this hotel stay was a fantastic experience, highly recommended!"

"Service: The front desk and accommodation are in separate locations, so there's not much in terms of service – it's pretty standard. The 'featured activities' booked through Ctrip were not explained at all by the front desk. I have no idea what the 'double movie viewing' was, and I didn't get to experience it. The 15-minute spa massage experience – I'm not sure if that was just referring to the massage device in the room. The worst part was the staff member at the breakfast restaurant entrance checking tickets; their attitude was awful. If you're going to set height limits for children, you should at least put up a height chart instead of just eyeballing it. Facilities: It's a new hotel, the rooms are spacious enough, and the facilities are quite new. Hygiene: Very clean, no issues there. Environment: It's located around a scenic area, so there's not much to explore or eat nearby. Restaurants are quite a distance away, so if you want to try local specialties, you'll need to take a taxi to the city center."

"The room was decent, pretty standard. The breakfast was delicious, especially the rice noodles (changfen), which were fantastic. Parking was also very convenient. The only downside was that the windows couldn't be opened for fresh air. However, the bedding was good, and overall, it offered good value for money."
