MM22230****Booking the Grand View King Room at Orange Hotel was the best decision of this trip! The moment I walked in, I was absolutely stunned by the view outside the window – a giant Ferris wheel right before my eyes. Watching it slowly turn during the day was so therapeutic, and when it lit up at night, it was simply magical. Being able to enjoy such a romantic night view from bed made every photo I took feel like a professional shot.
The room itself was also impeccable. The American-imported King Koil mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable, paired with skin-friendly bedding, instantly melting away all travel fatigue. The room design was simple yet stylish, and the smart voice control for lights and curtains was super convenient. The bathroom, with its wet/dry separation, thermostatic shower, and POLA toiletries, felt luxurious and showed great attention to detail. The cleaning was thorough; there wasn't a speck of dust in any corner, and even the air had a faint, refreshing orange scent.
The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding food. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer questions and proactively offer useful advice. From the view and comfort to the service, everything far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and have already recommended it to all my friends!

Ssiko2022This is by far the best hotel in this location. The service is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the environment is lovely. The rooms are quite clean, and the breakfast is abundant. A special thank you to the Mercure staff, especially the lady who helped me with a late check-out. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserGood value of money for the room rent! I particularly liked the layout of the room, spacious, elegant and very clean. I also asked for a late check out at 1 pm and my request was entertained.
Staff at reception were very helpful. I had bothered them several times to ask them questions on WeChat for taxi booking, searching bus routes, bus stops, QR code for bus ride payment and even how to walk across the other side of the road, how to rent a mobile charger, etc. All of the staff I met were helpful and professional.
The only two comments I have are (a) the door of the shower room is transparent. It may be inconvenient if the travel partner is not that close and s/he may need to go downstair while the other has shower. I was okay as I travelled on my own. (b) At the ground floor, there is a sign next to the lift to show there is a self service washing room at 3/F but when I arrived at the floor, I couldn't manage to see where it was as there was no further to indicate. I had to ask the reception who told me it was opposite to the room 8352. Suggest to put it on the floor plan.
As I didn't have a car, the location was inconvenient to me to find a good restaurant for dining. I see a new Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is being set up. Hopefully, when I come back next time, it will be my first choice.

3320329****Highly recommended for business travelers! The location is absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station and business district, making it super convenient for meetings. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; I could work late into the night without any disturbances. The desk is spacious, and there are plenty of charging ports by the bed and on the desk. The internet is stable and fast. The bedding is clean and comfortable; a good night's sleep truly recharges you. Breakfast is served promptly at 7 AM, with a rich variety of options, and you can even take it to go. The front desk was efficient and thoughtful, helping me print documents and store luggage. The cleanliness is top-notch, every corner is tidy and odor-free. The value for money is outstanding; this will be my go-to hotel for future business trips!
As soon as I opened the door, I felt completely soothed! The wooden furniture had a natural fragrance, the green plants on the bay window swayed gently with the breeze, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning night view. When the lights were on at night, the ambiance was just perfect. The room's cleanliness, down to the smallest detail, was impeccable – not a speck of dust even in the bathroom crevices. The aromatherapy scent was fresh and not overpowering. The front desk小姐姐 (literally 'little sister,' a polite term for a young woman) was incredibly knowledgeable, not only recommending local hidden gems but also offering thoughtful tips to avoid crowds. The shower water pressure was just right, the toiletries were high-quality, and even the slippers were soft and non-slip. Every day here felt relaxed and comfortable, like finding a peaceful haven in the city. I've already recommended it to all my friends.
I have to rave about this hotel's meticulous service! The USB fast-charging ports by the bed, the heated smart toilet, and the adjustable bedside lamps – every detail perfectly met my needs. When the room was cleaned daily, the staff folded my clothes neatly, and replenished the complimentary bottled water and makeup remover. Even small items I'd left on the desk were tidied up. The freshly made wontons at breakfast were delicious and savory; when I told the auntie I loved them, she even served me an extra bowl. After checking out, I realized I'd left my headphones. I contacted the front desk, and they mailed them back to me the same day – incredibly efficient. It's not just the excellent location and comprehensive facilities; the service is so heartfelt. This hotel is definitely the best in its price range. I'll bring my parents here next time to experience it.

GGuest UserThe super-king room I stayed in had a mattress that I absolutely loved. Unlike other hotels, it wasn't too soft; you didn't just sink into it. The overall environment felt comfortable and clean.
In the afternoon, while waiting for my ride, I asked the front desk if I could have a late checkout until 3 PM, and they readily agreed. I'm especially grateful to the front desk staff for that! Big thanks! ❤️

AAnonymous UserLocation is good, near to station, a huge mall opposite and it is near to a mall too and many food stalls. Very grand hotel lobby, room is huge, love it. Laundry room Best, 4 dryer 4 washing machine and there is standing ironing. The fridge is not cold at all, so gotta ask for ice. The house keeping actually smoked in my room end up I had to spray the whole room with my perfume. I thought it is a non smoking room? There are restaurants within the building and there is a KTV room at level 7.

Cleanliness: The hotel rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the bed is very soft, ensuring a great night's sleep.
Facilities: As a five-star Hilton hotel, the room amenities are also five-star. However, it lacks smart home features. The hotel does have a laundry room for guests and a gym for workouts. There's a restaurant next to the hotel where you can enjoy dim sum for breakfast or other meals. Downstairs, there's a small shop to grab snacks and drinks. However, there isn't a convenience store right next to the hotel, and very few other dining options nearby. This can be inconvenient if Uni Park isn't open in the morning.
The hotel isn't too far from Qiandeng Lake and is accessible by public transport. The room price isn't too high, so it still offers excellent value for money.

GGuest UserWe were very happy with the room. There are also plenty of dining options nearby if you don't want to eat in the scenic area or hotel. You can go across to the village from the hotel; there are convenience stores and restaurants within 100 meters. The toiletries in the room are a thoughtful touch, including toothbrushes and slippers for children. There's even an umbrella provided in the room, and a lovely garden-style balcony. The hotel service is superb! You can order takeout, and it gets delivered to the hotel's guardhouse. Just inform the front desk, and a staff member will kindly pick it up and deliver it to your room, so you don't have to get it yourself.

The breakfast is better now if compared to a year ago.
As usual the Chinese dimsum at the ground floor is superb! Like the ambience in this chinese restaurant.
