The soundproofing in the room is excellent; I could work late into the night without any disturbances. The desk is spacious, and there are plenty of charging ports by the bed and on the desk. The internet is stable and fast. The bedding is clean and comfortable; a good night's sleep truly recharges you. Breakfast is served promptly at 7 AM, with a rich variety of options, and you can even take it to go. The front desk was efficient and thoughtful, helping me print documents and store luggage. The cleanliness is top-notch, every corner is tidy and odor-free. The value for money is outstanding; this will be my go-to hotel for future business trips!

The wooden furniture had a natural fragrance, the green plants on the bay window swayed gently with the breeze, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning night view. When the lights were on at night, the ambiance was just perfect. The room's cleanliness, down to the smallest detail, was impeccable – not a speck of dust even in the bathroom crevices. The aromatherapy scent was fresh and not overpowering. The front desk小姐姐 (literally 'little sister,' a polite term for a young woman) was incredibly knowledgeable, not only recommending local hidden gems but also offering thoughtful tips to avoid crowds. The shower water pressure was just right, the toiletries were high-quality, and even the slippers were soft and non-slip. Every day here felt relaxed and comfortable, like finding a peaceful haven in the city. I've already recommended it to all my friends.

When the room was cleaned daily, the staff folded my clothes neatly, and replenished the complimentary bottled water and makeup remover. Even small items I'd left on the desk were tidied up. The freshly made wontons at breakfast were delicious and savory; when I told the auntie I loved them, she even served me an extra bowl. After checking out, I realized I'd left my headphones. I contacted the front desk, and they mailed them back to me the same day – incredibly efficient. It's not just the excellent location and comprehensive facilities; the service is so heartfelt. Service: The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with the check-in process. Room service was prompt, and the turndown service was thoughtful and attentive, even including a lovely dessert.
Dining: Breakfast was abundant, with both Chinese and Western options available. The freshly made noodle station was particularly delicious. The evening cocktails at the executive lounge were of outstanding quality.

AAnonymous UserI like the warm atmosphere and the coziness design of this new hotel… but It is located in a place far from public transportation, services, amenities… No good views… The hotel rooms are spacious and their design is different from other hotels, where the bathroom, shower and wash basin are not combined within one area... The room is really sexy… I like it.. The shower is spacious without a bathtub, it motivating the couple to take a shower together! There is a problem with this hotel, which is its unclear address for taxis, needs to be very aware about that before you go… and also have to know the inability of the reception to speak completely in English… it has one elevator... one eating place located on the hotel’s lobby… not bad… I think for those who have a car or a driver, the hotel will be ideal for them and cheap price

MM262743****The super-king room I stayed in had a mattress that I absolutely loved. Unlike other hotels, it wasn't too soft; you didn't just sink into it. The overall environment felt comfortable and clean.
In the afternoon, while waiting for my ride, I asked the front desk if I could have a late checkout until 3 PM, and they readily agreed. I'm especially grateful to the front desk staff for that! Big thanks! ❤️
When I checked out, the front desk even gave me some hotel tea bags and an eye mask. Wow, thank you!

AAnonymous UserLocation is good, near to station, a huge mall opposite and it is near to a mall too and many food stalls. Very grand hotel lobby, room is huge, love it. Laundry room Best, 4 dryer 4 washing machine and there is standing ironing. The fridge is not cold at all, so gotta ask for ice. The house keeping actually smoked in my room end up I had to spray the whole room with my perfume. I thought it is a non smoking room? There are restaurants within the building and there is a KTV room at level 7.

DD18465****We were very happy with the room. There are also plenty of dining options nearby if you don't want to eat in the scenic area or hotel. You can go across to the village from the hotel; there are convenience stores and restaurants within 100 meters. The toiletries in the room are a thoughtful touch, including toothbrushes and slippers for children. There's even an umbrella provided in the room, and a lovely garden-style balcony. The hotel service is superb! You can order takeout, and it gets delivered to the hotel's guardhouse. Just inform the front desk, and a staff member will kindly pick it up and deliver it to your room, so you don't have to get it yourself.

The breakfast is better now if compared to a year ago.
As usual the Chinese dimsum at the ground floor is superb! Like the ambience in this chinese restaurant.
