After we checked out, I realized I'd left some clothes behind, and Shirley contacted me immediately, helping to pack and mail them securely. Her handling of everything was very thorough. Having her assist with all our needs made the entire trip worry-free; her service was meticulous and reliable! The hotel is conveniently located: a 15-minute walk across the road takes you to the Larva Park, which is great for children under 10. You can also walk to Citizen Square in 30 minutes to catch the light shows at 8:15 pm and 9:15 pm. Along the way, there's a food street on both banks and an Aeon supermarket, all very convenient."

"My friends and I decided to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with a staycation at the Sofitel Foshan, and it was absolutely perfect! The biggest highlight of the hotel is its 'what you see is what you can buy' concept – all the soft furnishings and furniture throughout the hotel are exquisite, high-end, and stylish, yet timeless. The location is incredibly convenient; you can step right downstairs and explore large furniture exhibition halls, making it perfect for both relaxation and browsing home decor. It's especially great for a casual get-together with friends. I must give a special shout-out to Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby. Her service was gentle and professional, and her attitude was exceptional. She was patient and thorough during check-in, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. The entire experience was hassle-free and smooth, which was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's security staff are also very responsible, with regular patrols and well-managed entry/exit procedures, making the overall environment safe and secure. Our two families, comprising 4 adults and 3 children, booked three rooms for our National Day holiday trip. Upon entering the lobby, we were immediately struck by its grand and expansive atmosphere. The dome, inspired by the Tang Dynasty monk Yi Xing's astronomical chart, is meticulously hand-assembled from thousands of amber, crimson, and gilded glazed tiles. Looking up, it felt as if we were conversing with a millennium-old starlit sky. The hotel exits directly into Qiandeng Lake Park, offering breathtaking views of the lake. We enjoyed both dim sum for breakfast and dinner at the Yu Gong Guan Chinese Restaurant on the 3rd floor. The ambiance and food truly lived up to its reputation as the top-ranked Cantonese restaurant in Foshan for its environment. The pool and gym were also excellent, and the hotel even prepared small gifts for the children, who had so much fun they didn't want to leave. It's an excellent choice for a family trip!

Both the service and the facilities and cleanliness deserve a five-star rating! Tiki at the lounge arranged a spacious and clean room for me. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The view from the window was also good. Tiki was very thoughtful, assisting me throughout my stay with room charges and invoice matters. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, with professional equipment in the gym, clean water in the indoor heated pool, and even a sauna. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialty dishes. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Dongping Metro Station, making transportation easy. Overall, both the hardware and the service live up to the InterContinental brand. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Foshan.

The environment is good and the service is excellent. Little Lily made the check-in process smooth and convenient, which was very satisfying. This stay at the Sheraton Hotel was the most pleasant surprise during my trip to Guangdong. Actually, before coming here, I randomly booked a hotel on a certain app, but when I arrived, I found that the sanitation was poor, the bed sheets were not clean, and the service attitude was bad. I was in a very bad mood, so I decisively canceled the booking and then found the Sheraton. Upon arriving at the Sheraton, the front desk staff, Lily, was very friendly and enthusiastic, and even gave us some fruit. She chose a river-view room for us, and the view outside the window was excellent. (In contrast, the staff at the other hotel even tried to entice me to pay more to see some Ferris wheel, *chuckle*.) In the morning, we were able to see the sunrise, which was very delightful. The entire night's experience was a transition from hell to heaven, from feeling extremely upset to extremely happy. I am very grateful for Lily's enthusiasm. I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton, which gave my wife and me a perfect ending to our short one-day trip in Shunde. One person's enthusiasm can change a tourist's impression of a city. Highly recommended!!! Wish you smooth work and great success!

A friend from out of town was visiting Longjiang, Shunde for a business trip, and I recommended the Meilihao Hotel based on local food guides. I'm so glad I did – it was a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The overall decor is very minimalist, and the room layout is practical with no unnecessary clutter. From the moment I stepped in, I felt it was a great choice. The hotel's breakfast buffet was plentiful and definitely worth the price. I was so busy eating that I forgot to take photos, haha! There are many great restaurants and trendy spots near the hotel, and honestly, any of them are good. This was actually one of the main reasons I chose Meilihao. As a foodie, I'll definitely be back, hahaha!

I stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

I’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful. That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here. When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again. Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock! I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.

A bit old-fashioned, but clean. Staying at the hotel was a much better experience, as we could always go back to our room to rest and avoid the crowds. The hotel's breakfast was also excellent, and it offered great value for money.
