"We brought our daughter and a friend to the Sofitel Louvre for a weekend getaway. The hotel's decor is luxurious and elegant, with a strong French ambiance. Every detail is exquisite and captivating, making it perfect for photos. The 11th-floor Le Bar offers stunning views, with expansive high-altitude scenery. Although the outdoor lawn is for viewing only and not for recreation, it's a very pleasant spot to relax and chat.
The staff at Le Bar were gentle, attentive, and responded promptly, treating guests with humility and politeness. The concierge and front desk team were professional and efficient, handling check-ins, luggage storage, and route inquiries with patience and meticulousness, always proactively helping to coordinate any requests. I also managed to experience the hotel's SPA; the environment was quiet and elegant, and the therapist's techniques were professional and soothing, relieving days of fatigue. The experience was excellent.
I'd particularly like to commend Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, proactively introducing the hotel's amenities and kindly recommending areas suitable for family relaxation. Her communication was both gentle and professional. Our room was clean and tidy, and the swimming pool, fitness center, and other facilities were all excellent. From the hardware facilities to the service from every staff member, everything was impeccable. It's a perfect choice for families traveling together. Our stay this time was a perfect 10, and it's definitely worth revisiting."

"I was in Foshan for a business trip this time. My first two nights at the Marriott in Shunde were excellent, so I wanted to try the Marriott in Qiandeng Lake for the next two nights, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. So I decided to try Courtyard by Marriott, a brand under the same group. I found that the room I booked at Courtyard was also fantastic, despite not having a bathtub, which it wasn't supposed to have anyway! I was very satisfied with the room the front desk lady arranged for me! I could see the brightly lit night market and clusters of illuminated buildings of Qiandeng Lake at night. The room itself was clean, tidy, bright, and spacious. The location is great too; it's just a short walk to explore Qiandeng Lake in the evening. The breakfast was also pretty good; the chef was creative, offering not only common Chinese and Western dishes but also traditional Foshan dim sum to try! A special, special thank you goes to Shirley at the front desk. Her service was not only warm and enthusiastic, but her genuine smile was also lovely. When I was working in the lobby lounge, she would also check in on me and offer assistance at appropriate times, making me feel incredibly at home! Highly recommend it!! Out of the three hotels I stayed in on this business trip, Shirley's service left the deepest impression!! I hope Courtyard can properly commend her, and I wish friends who read this review that they'll also encounter Shirley when they stay at Courtyard."

Directly opposite is Shunde Fengshan Park, home to Asia's largest archway, and just across the road to the left-rear is Shunde Mixc Mall – talk about convenient! The hotel's underground parking is also very easy to use. If you book an executive room, you'll be placed on the executive floors (27th-29th). It's really pleasant to just pop into the executive lounge on the 28th floor whenever you like. Not to mention, the Chinese restaurant on the hotel's 2nd floor is both clean and delicious, highly recommended!"

First off, the lounge environment is superb – elegant and modern decor, with comfortable and private seating arrangements. Whether you're there for a business meeting, a casual get-together with friends, or like us, just want to quietly enjoy your vacation, you'll find the perfect spot. A special shout-out goes to the lounge team: Candy, Tiki, Amy, and Sunny for their exceptional service. From the exquisite pastries during afternoon tea to the generous selection of snacks and drinks during the evening cocktail hour, every staff member was smiling, attentive, and perfectly discreet. They consistently remembered our drink preferences and proactively introduced seasonal specials. The Happy Hour offerings were incredibly impressive, almost a fine dining experience in itself, with a full spread of hot dishes, cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh fruits. As for other aspects, the guest rooms lived up to the usual InterContinental standard – comfortable bedding and brand-new facilities. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including authentic Foshan local delicacies. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a high-quality experience.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is big and beautiful. The room was spacious and smelled really good. All the necessary items were available. We couldn’t connect the Wi-Fi to the TV to watch other things, but everything else was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was well designed.
The lady who welcomed us at the reception was very warm and friendly—I didn’t get her name, but she was amazing.
I loved everything about this place, and I would definitely stay here again.

LLaitaizhouhelifashiAside from the facilities and decor being a bit dated, I honestly can't fault anything else. The service was genuinely excellent and heartfelt, not at all fake. Liz at the front desk was so thoughtful; she upgraded our room and gave us great recommendations for local food and attractions. Every service, from room service to the pool and restaurant, was superb. Even though the facilities are older, they're perfectly functional. The location is also fantastic, and the view from the window is lovely.

GGuest UserYunqi Hotel is amazing! The new Chinese Zen-inspired decor is incredibly elegant. The room was spotless, and the bedding was as soft as clouds. The service was thoughtful and attentive. It's a peaceful retreat in the midst of the hustle and bustle, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room.
The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well.
Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!

The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, and there's also free parking. They even have robot delivery for takeout, which was a really cool and modern touch! Если вы путешествуете один, без багажа, то непонятно, зачем нужно брать номер. Можно взять только спа, где есть шкафчик, капсульные отели, телевизоры, ячейки для хранения мелких предметов, игры, массажные кресла итд. Рядом с отелем торговые центры, вечером можно посетить большое количество разных ресторанов. Немного напрягало каждый день обновлять ключ и прочий китайский формализм.
