MM22230****Booking the Grand View King Room at Orange Hotel was the best decision of this trip! The moment I walked in, I was absolutely stunned by the view outside the window – a giant Ferris wheel right before my eyes. Watching it slowly turn during the day was so therapeutic, and when it lit up at night, it was simply magical. Being able to enjoy such a romantic night view from bed made every photo I took feel like a professional shot.
The room itself was also impeccable. The American-imported King Koil mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable, paired with skin-friendly bedding, instantly melting away all travel fatigue. The room design was simple yet stylish, and the smart voice control for lights and curtains was super convenient. The bathroom, with its wet/dry separation, thermostatic shower, and POLA toiletries, felt luxurious and showed great attention to detail. The cleaning was thorough; there wasn't a speck of dust in any corner, and even the air had a faint, refreshing orange scent.
The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding food. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer questions and proactively offer useful advice. From the view and comfort to the service, everything far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and have already recommended it to all my friends!

AAllemunI booked a suite at the Mercure but was unable to check in at 1:30 pm as planned. The front desk staff explained apologetically that the hotel had been full the previous night and the rooms were still being cleaned. We were advised to leave our luggage with the concierge and wait for a message on WeChat when the room was ready.
By 3:30 pm, we returned to check again. When I asked a staff member about my room, she said it was still not ready. We waited by the counter while the three staff on duty chatted among themselves instead of assisting guests. After another 30 minutes, I followed up. At that point, they asked my name and I was finally given the room key.
The hotel has only one slow lift serving Mercure guests. Another lift for the private residences can be used, but access requires crossing to another wing from the ground floor.
Service quality was inconsistent. One morning, I called ahead to request that the room not be cleaned but asked for fresh towels, toilet paper, and bottled water to be left outside the door instead. Although the staff acknowledged this request, I returned in the evening to find the room cleaned and no supplies provided.
On another occasion, the toilet became clogged late at night. When I called the front desk at 11:30 pm, I was told housekeeping had ended for the day and would only resume at 9 am. The staff advised me to use the public restrooms on level 1 in the meantime. Unfortunately, when I came back to the room the next afternoon around 3 pm, the toilet was still clogged and the room hadn’t been serviced.
Overall, the hotel’s location is convenient and breakfast reasonably tasty (though with a limited selection). However, the front desk service and housekeeping standards fall short of expectations for a property under the Mercure brand.

AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful couples' getaway at this hotel. The aesthetic style is present everywhere you look, and the service was just right, making us feel very comfortable. The front desk staff were professional, patient, and courteous. When we went for a swim, while guests were still changing, someone had already set up seats and laid out towels and hot tea by the pool outside. The buffet breakfast area was lovely, with a wide variety of dishes. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely be back.

When I saw it from the outside at night, I thought I'd somehow ended up in a 'village-in-the-city' and was bracing myself for a bad experience. But once I got inside, it was a pleasant surprise! First off, the room size was perfectly fine, and the cleanliness was impeccable. When we checked in, they gave us sodas and milk, and the breakfast was for two. The next day, we went to the rooftop bar – no need for words, the pictures speak for themselves! All in all, I'd definitely come back if I have the chance. When we left, the owner even drove us to the subway station, which was a really thoughtful touch.

EE1231****My stay at the Wyndham hotel was overall a good experience. The hotel is conveniently located with smooth transportation options nearby, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The front desk service was professional and efficient, with a seamless check-in and check-out process, and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and well-arranged, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful sleep. The cleanliness met standards and was meticulously done. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, balancing both Chinese and Western choices, and items were refilled promptly. The gym and public areas were well-maintained, and the overall environment was quiet and orderly. All in all, it offered good value for money, suitable for business trips and short holidays. I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

HHuwywo6200The Courtyard by Marriott is a Marriott-affiliated hotel. The lobbies for both hotels are on different floors—one on the first and the other on the second. It's a relatively new hotel, having opened in 2023. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, with single beds measuring 1.35 meters. The bedding is clean and cozy. The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Qiandeng Lake and Wanda Plaza, meaning there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, there's the Aeon bus service from Foshan to Shenzhen, which is quite convenient. All in all, I had a pretty good experience!

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious, complete with storybooks and toys. The bathroom was also very generously sized, featuring a large bathtub that even came with bath toys – our kids absolutely loved it! The hotel also boasts a children's playroom, which was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent too. While it offers excellent value for money, it's definitely more suited for guests with their own transport.

Laundry room Best, 4 dryer 4 washing machine and there is standing ironing. The fridge is not cold at all, so gotta ask for ice. The house keeping actually smoked in my room end up I had to spray the whole room with my perfume. I thought it is a non smoking room? There are restaurants within the building and there is a KTV room at level 7.

MM509971****Overall, it's pretty good – like a rural version of Chimelong, with everything you'd expect. You can enjoy rides, paddle boats, and splash around in the water; the kids had a blast. We bought a package deal for the scenic area and hotel, which was convenient and quick.
Coincidentally, we saw fireworks being set off by nearby residents that evening 🎇.
The most amazing thing was that every restroom in the scenic area had many fresh lilies, which smelled wonderful.
