"Our trip to Foshan was made incredibly fulfilling and memorable thanks to the warm service provided by Ms. Vivian. When we travel, our biggest concern is always the comfort and convenience of the three elderly family members accompanying us. Upon arrival at the hotel, the elders were quite tired from the journey. Ms. Vivian, while checking us in, was consistently patient, meticulous, and polite. She proactively noticed the elders' condition and not only efficiently completed all the procedures, but her unexpected kindness truly warmed our hearts. The hotel's spacious and comfortable rooms allowed the elders to fully rest, and provided greater convenience for our family trip. This thoughtful consideration made us deeply feel the hotel's customer-centric service philosophy. Throughout our stay, Ms. Vivian maintained an enthusiastic and professional service attitude. No matter what questions or requests we had, she responded promptly and resolved them appropriately, adding many warm moments to our Foshan trip with her genuine smile and professional demeanor. Her service not only demonstrated her outstanding personal professionalism but also highlighted the hotel's high-quality service standards, leaving us with a very deep and positive impression. Our trip to Foshan was made even more perfect because of Ms. Vivian's heartwarming service. We sincerely thank Ms. Vivian again for her selfless help and thoughtful care, and also thank the hotel for cultivating such excellent staff. We also want to commend Ace, the handsome gentleman who helped us with our travel itinerary, and there was also a particularly patient young man who showed us the rooms, whose name I forgot to ask. He was incredibly patient and attentive on the day I checked in! The only minor drawback was that the breakfast variety was a bit limited, and the eggs had shells sticking to them; we hope the quality control can be improved. We will share this wonderful experience with our friends and family, and should we have the opportunity to visit Foshan again in the future, your hotel will definitely be our first choice."

"This hotel is popular among Indian tourists. Next to the hotel is an Indian restaurant that serves a breakfast buffet for 52 yuan. This hotel is conveniently located near the Louvre furniture mall. Receptionists were friendly. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This was my first stay at Sofitel Foshan, and it truly exceeded my expectations! Nicole at the lobby provided incredibly thoughtful and patient service, guiding me through everything, which was so heartwarming. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent amenities – it was especially comfortable to return to after a long day of furniture shopping. The hotel's location is super convenient, right above the Louvre International Furniture Exhibition Center, making furniture shopping a breeze. The food was delicious, and all the staff were very enthusiastic. This hotel offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit to Foshan!"

"My stay at the Atour Hotel Foshan Wangfujing Ziwei Port truly exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is right in the heart of Chancheng District, directly connected to the Wangfujing Ziwei Port shopping mall downstairs. Just across the street is Foshan Creative Industry Park (reputedly one of the top ten night markets in the country), so you'll never have to worry about dining, entertainment, or shopping. In the evening, you can simply head downstairs and soak in the lively atmosphere – it's incredibly convenient. The room's amenities are brand new and very stylish. I stayed in an executive room, which came equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, a smart toilet, and a Peet's coffee capsule machine. Every detail exuded sophistication. The smart room control system was very convenient, and the bedding featured a Sealy mattress, soft and comfortable. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, I could even overlook the city's night view, making for an excellent experience. But what truly left the deepest impression was the impeccable service from the front desk team. One evening, I found the pillow slightly too high. After I mentioned it, they promptly delivered several types of pillows for me to choose from within ten minutes. When checking out, I casually mentioned my slippers were wet, and they immediately handed me a new pair of disposable slippers. This kind of heartfelt care felt like being treated like family. The breakfast on the second day was also very abundant, offering a blend of local specialties and Western pastries, and the taste was on point. The hotel also has a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room, which are very practical for guests. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel that boasts both great design and a warm atmosphere. Next time I visit Foshan, this will definitely be my top choice!"

"Arrived from Zhuhai to check in around 7 PM on the 5th, and had dinner at Yumingxuan Restaurant on the fifth floor. Every dish was exquisite, delicious, and absolutely amazing! Both the accommodation department and the fifth-floor restaurant deserve high praise! I was especially troubled when I discovered my insulated titanium water bottle was missing at 1:30 AM – I couldn't sleep a wink! First thing this morning, I inquired with the fifth floor. Manager Wu was incredibly responsible 👍👍👍, immediately coordinating with various parties to search for it, and it was quickly found at the front desk. Such a small incident, yet it perfectly illustrates how heartwarming the operating philosophy and service orientation of Swissôtel Huzhou are! The hotel also upgraded our room for free and even made a small cake to celebrate my companion's birthday. I am incredibly moved and grateful to Swissôtel Huzhou! 👍👍👍💐💐"

"This is my second time choosing the Holiday Inn Chancheng, and what I love most is that the hotel is right above a shopping mall and a subway station. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and there are tons of food options, even during Chinese New Year! This year, the washing machines and dryers were free to use, and the breakfast had a great variety. The only downside was the milk, which was really watery – I hope they can improve that. Everything else was great, and since my kids are older, we opted for a larger room, and the small sofa even fit another person, which was a big plus! 😄"

"This Atour hotel gets a perfect 100 for its location! It's an easy walk to Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi, so no worries about tired feet even with kids. We arrived early, dropped off our bags, and headed to Zumiao. After lunch, the hotel called to say our room was ready, which was a nice touch! The hotel's laundry service was absolutely perfect, it really hit the spot! The restaurant downstairs is great value for money and highly recommended. Plus, there are tons of other food options nearby, and ordering takeout is super convenient – the robot delivery was a big help! Overall, very satisfied!"
