"This is my second time staying here! Last year, I stayed alone for three nights and was very satisfied. This time, I brought my mom and we booked a twin room for two nights. The soundproofing is excellent, and while the room type is a bit more compact than the double room, it faces the residential area. The breakfast spread is also quite rich. "I was so angry during this stay that I forgot to take photos. I've been staying at Atour every time I drive through Shunde for the past few years, and I've never encountered a situation like this. I asked the front desk if there were any rooms on the 18th floor. The person, who I believe was named Runyou, said they hadn't been cleaned yet. I then asked if there were any other rooms available, and she said I could pay to upgrade, otherwise I'd have to wait. If it were my first time staying here, I might have believed her. The more we talked, the angrier I got. Then someone named Wutong came over and resolved it in a few minutes, without me paying extra or waiting for cleaning. It made me feel like they were trying to force me into spending more money, almost like a threat – pay up or wait."

"We discovered the our hotel room seems like has been refurbished but not to brand new, but its so much better than previous. The breakfast is better now if compared to a year ago. As usual the Chinese dimsum at the ground floor is superb! Like the ambience in this chinese restaurant."
