AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and the soundproofing was decent. The bed was quite comfortable, but the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted and I woke up cold every morning for three days. On the first day, I noticed the headboard light strip was flickering, and customer service quickly came to sort it out by moving me to a different room. However, the bedding and duvet cover weren't changed at all during my three-day stay. I'm not sure if that's standard procedure. The hotel's location is okay, but it's a bit far if you're dragging luggage. I'd recommend using a shared bike to Zumiao later on, it's more convenient.

GGuest UserThe hygiene was decent, although there were some minor stains on the duvet, but for a B&B, I don't expect perfection. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Qinghui Garden. It's in a small alley just behind the sidewalk, not too far in, and the soundproofing is good; I couldn't hear any honking from the street at night. The soundproofing between rooms is average, largely depending on how noisy the neighbors are. Overall, it's great value for money. The owner proactively recommended local food and attractions and even offered free luggage storage. They accommodated all my requests, like a room away from the elevator and an extra blanket. For two people, it didn't feel cramped, and the lighting was sufficient. The only minor drawback was only having one chair; since it's a queen-sized bed room for two, an additional chair would be a thoughtful touch.
Minor imperfections aside, what more could you ask for at just over a hundred yuan a night? 🥰 It's perfect for budget-traveling students, with lots of places to shop nearby. Uncle Hua's Coffee and Minxin Old Shop are right across the street. Most importantly, being able to sleep peacefully is a huge plus!

PPennyLHPLocation is good, next to a mall. Free laundry service too and use robot to deliver stuff to the room. The only thing dissatisfied is the wifi. It seems China wifi is only used for local ppl and not for foreigners. They told me to switch off the DNS but it doesn't work at all. Even Guangzhou airport wifi also for local ppl only - key in their local number to connect ? Even got airport staff to help me, same cannot connect at all.
Why it's that so ? wifi suppose to be the basic facilities that hotel should provide to their guests. I just don't understand why so difficult to connect wifi in China. I finished my 7 days data roaming services with fee. Without wifi, it is really inconvenience for us. My sister & cousin sister said so, wifi is no way to connect in Shunde/China.
Staff with 101 code is good & helpful. She helps us check the rate for transportation from hotel to nearby Bus station which direct to Guangzhou Airport. She also offer us to have a green bean pudding :)
Overall stay at this modern interior hotel is good. Will come back again if travel to Shunde. Thank you.

DDuzuoyuetaidengtianmingAs someone who travels frequently for business and stays in major chain hotels, I can confidently say that the quality control at this Courtyard I'm staying at today is top-notch. The location is excellent, right next to a main road, making it very convenient for taxis or driving yourself, and there's plenty of parking. The room facilities are very well maintained; all the lights and appliances work smoothly without any issues. The WiFi is stable, perfect for online work and video conferences without any lag. The soundproofing is also very effective, blocking out most noise from the hallway and outside, which led to a very high quality of rest. The staff are responsive; room service arrived quickly after I called. Their service was just right – not intrusive, but always available when needed. I'm truly satisfied with my stay.

GGuest UserHighly recommended, this was my favorite hotel during my trip to Guangdong. The room was very spacious, with a balcony and excellent natural light, offering direct views of the Ancestral Temple and Lingnan Tiandi. It came equipped with appliances like a washing machine. The hotel's decor was tastefully done, the location was great, and the service was excellent! I regret only staying for one night this time and hope to stay longer next time.

GGuest UserUmi Boutique Apartment is absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their service was exceptional. They even upgraded my room, which made me so happy! I have to say, the decor here is just perfect – very on-trend with the 'cream style' everyone loves right now. The bedding is super comfy too. The room itself is gorgeous, and I loved being able to lie on the soft bed and watch movies. It offers amazing value for money, truly a no-brainer to book. Plus, they provide disposable towels, which is a really thoughtful touch.

MM370098****Berstden Cinema Apartment is truly excellent. The location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian food street, Qinghui Garden, and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, with new bedding and a large projection TV, making for a very comfortable stay. Unlike a traditional hotel, it's well-equipped with facilities like a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and both hot and cold air conditioning. The staff were very warm, attentive, and efficient. Any requests were handled immediately. The experience was fantastic. Highly recommended. I'll definitely come again.

DDavidPoA comfortable apartment in a pleasant area. It's not too busy, not too quiet in this area. There's a food market nearby and several bars within walking distance. For anyone who enjoys a night out, I would recommend checking ******* for offers and visiting Mengtian Livehouse nearby, but there are other places too.

First thing, if you want to find a reception of the hotel, you go to the given location, then look at the building to your right with the KFC and on the second floor, you can find the office / reception. You can climb up the stairs from behind the building. The stairs from the pedestrian street, not from the road.
Then they will give you the location and the code of your room. The apartments are in the nearby buildings, 10 minutes walk from the reception. So the location of the hotel given here on trip.com is just the reception, the apartments are not exactly on the lake.
Apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The bathroom is huge, it has a nice big shower. Beds were wide and soft. Balcony is also nice.
You will have a problem if you are a light sleeper, since the main door of the apartment is not thick. There is a 1cm gap between the floor and the door, also on the sides. So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room.
During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around.
But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.
