AAnonymous UserThe hotel is about 1 km from the Ancestral Temple, a 6-7 minute drive away. You can park in the auxiliary road right outside, and the hotel covers the cost, which is super convenient. The lobby is very bright and well-decorated. There's a laundry room and gym on the 3rd floor, but I didn't have time to check them out. My room was on the 5th floor, and it was quite quiet, so I got some good rest. The room is also very spacious. You can voice-control 'Xiao Du' (a smart assistant), which is pretty cool, and the toilet is also smart. I had a minor issue during my stay, but it didn't really affect my overall experience. The TV is huge, but sometimes the signal would cut out the sound. I eventually figured out how to fix it. I reported it to the hotel, and they responded promptly. Overall, I was satisfied with my one-night stay.

GGuest UserThe hygiene was decent, although there were some minor stains on the duvet, but for a B&B, I don't expect perfection. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Qinghui Garden. It's in a small alley just behind the sidewalk, not too far in, and the soundproofing is good; I couldn't hear any honking from the street at night. The soundproofing between rooms is average, largely depending on how noisy the neighbors are. Overall, it's great value for money. The owner proactively recommended local food and attractions and even offered free luggage storage. They accommodated all my requests, like a room away from the elevator and an extra blanket. For two people, it didn't feel cramped, and the lighting was sufficient. The only minor drawback was only having one chair; since it's a queen-sized bed room for two, an additional chair would be a thoughtful touch.
Minor imperfections aside, what more could you ask for at just over a hundred yuan a night? 🥰 It's perfect for budget-traveling students, with lots of places to shop nearby. Uncle Hua's Coffee and Minxin Old Shop are right across the street. Most importantly, being able to sleep peacefully is a huge plus!

GGuest UserWhen I booked, I was a little worried the place might be too old, and that the two-bedroom villa would have a strange layout. Turns out, my worries were completely unfounded; the stay was very comfortable. The complimentary dragon boat craft activity and welcome gifts were a nice touch. The villa butler was very polite, and even when a minor issue came up, it was resolved immediately. The complimentary desserts were delicious. The villa stay also included executive lounge access, which we didn't really use much. The one time we did go, it was very quiet and comfortable, a far cry from a crowded cafeteria. The stir-fried bean sprouts at the Chinese restaurant were excellent, and the roasted pigeon was the best I've ever had. I honestly think the Chinese restaurant's quality surpasses the popular 'influencer' restaurants in Lingnan Tiandi. Both Zumiao Ancestral Temple and Lingnan Xintiandi are within walking distance, and the Meland Sport next door is great for kids. If I ever visit Foshan again, I would gladly stay here.

GGuest UserWe brought our family to Foshan for a short weekend trip and chose the Courtyard by Marriott Foshan. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, even the standard room type offered ample space, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, making it feel open and not at all cramped. It was more than enough room for activities with our child. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were clean and well-stocked. Housekeeping was thorough and meticulous. The hotel shares a gym and a heated swimming pool with the Marriott on the 13th floor. Our child especially loved playing in the water; the pool temperature was comfortable and the water quality was clean. We could walk to Qiandeng Lake Park and Poly Plaza shopping mall. A stroll by the lake in the evening was incredibly pleasant. It was also just a ten-minute taxi ride to Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi to see some traditional Lingnan architecture. The breakfast buffet offered a rich selection of Cantonese dim sum, congee, and small desserts for children. The food appealed to all ages, and the service staff were warm and friendly. It's a great value for family travel.

AAnonymous UserThe hygiene was excellent, and the room was spacious. It's located right above a shopping mall, offering easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. The subway is also nearby, making it very convenient to get around. Plus, the room even has a refrigerator! The only downside is the 12 PM checkout time; many places offer 2 PM checkout, and you also have to pay a deposit.

MM370098****Berstden Cinema Apartment is truly excellent. The location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian food street, Qinghui Garden, and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, with new bedding and a large projection TV, making for a very comfortable stay. Unlike a traditional hotel, it's well-equipped with facilities like a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and both hot and cold air conditioning. The staff were very warm, attentive, and efficient. Any requests were handled immediately. The experience was fantastic. Highly recommended. I'll definitely come again.

First thing, if you want to find a reception of the hotel, you go to the given location, then look at the building to your right with the KFC and on the second floor, you can find the office / reception. You can climb up the stairs from behind the building. The stairs from the pedestrian street, not from the road.
Then they will give you the location and the code of your room. The apartments are in the nearby buildings, 10 minutes walk from the reception. So the location of the hotel given here on trip.com is just the reception, the apartments are not exactly on the lake.
Apartment was really nice, everything was clean. The bathroom is huge, it has a nice big shower. Beds were wide and soft. Balcony is also nice.
You will have a problem if you are a light sleeper, since the main door of the apartment is not thick. There is a 1cm gap between the floor and the door, also on the sides. So all the noise in the hall is literally in your room.
During this holiday a lot of families with kids were staying in the same building, so noises and cooking smells were all around.
But I must say, inside the room everything was tidy and good.

For anyone who enjoys a night out, I would recommend checking ******* for offers and visiting Mengtian Livehouse nearby, but there are other places too.

the rest is far away from okay:
1. only during check in you will know that you have to pay deposit and no one care if you didn’t know about this and you don’t have any cash in hand
2. they tried to check me in in the wrong (lower price room) .. either hoping i won’t notice or …
3. it’s almost brand new but the dust is everywhere, mirror and some interior parts are still no one even swiped
4. the water heater in the bathroom always leaked after any use of water .. and it leaked on the floor , so the floor was always covered with water which is not safe and extremely inconvenient. i asked staff to fix it several times but nothing was done.
5. if you want your room cleaned you have to ask for it which is okay, the thing is that no one tells you this during check in.. you have to figure this out later yourself.
6. cheap disposable towels.. that you have to use.
7. i requested precisely non smoking room but they gave me room with ashtray..
8. very thin walls .. you can hear everything happening around
