"This hotel is absolutely fantastic🤤! The room is spacious, not stuffy, and not humid at all. The location is super convenient – shared electric scooters are right outside, and a bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. You can take one bus route directly across from the subway station and then easily get to Guangzhou, which is incredibly handy. I was visiting Guangzhou, but because of the Canton Fair, hotel prices were sky-high. Even the unpleasant rooms were over 200 yuan a night, so I opted for Foshan instead. Being from Shandong, I was quite worried about the humid, stuffy environment and insects in the south, but this hotel wasn't stuffy at all. Maybe it was because I caught a typhoon, and the temperature dropped. All the amenities are disposable, including towels, bath towels, shampoo, and shower gel, all in sealed, non-removable packaging, which is great. I stayed on the 6th floor, and there are elevators available for both up and down, which was also very convenient. Oh, and if I didn't want to go out for food, I could order takeout, and it would be delivered right to my door, which was extremely convenient. I highly recommend this hotel. It's right next to Zumiao (Ancestral Temple), which I also had a chance to visit. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay 🤗."

"The service and location were great but the rooms are neglected. I could see it used to be very nice but it is in a state of disrepair. My first room was very dirty and smelled of smoke. They then upgraded me which was nice. The fridge was very dirty in both rooms. They did send cleaners to clean it thereafter. The roof in the bathroom had a hole in it and many areas showed they had not been cleaned in a very long time. The staff were lovely and they provided amenities and cleaning services on request."

GGuest UserI usually don’t write reviews since it is the hotel/accomodation business and an appropriate service is always expected but this property is severely underated amongs travelers.
First and foremost I would like to emphasize the one of a kind manager of the Millman apartments Abby!!!!!She is one of those people that you wished you have met in your life before…always available to solve any issues, help with unusual problems ( which there are at least 5 a day for a foreigner with 0 chinese language knowledge, no local phone number and all kinds of “stupid”questions).
She is what makes this apartment experience better then staying at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes or the Ritz at Central Park NYC.
She deserves 6 out of 5 stars for everything.
The apartment has everything you need except I don’t quite understand the concept in the majority of aoartments in China having a fully equipped kitchen without a single plate or knife….But like I said….Abby took care of that as well….
The location is genious and strategically very well positioned since the Subway station that is literally at the front door into the building has Foshan Line 2 and Guanfo Line. Gets you anywhere….Lecong furniture district is a 20 min ride with the bike….If going to Lecong DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT rent the electric moped….for the ones like myself who don’t inform themselves in advance….. in the middle of the river is the zone border ehere the moped curs off energy and you have to drag it back to tje operating area by foot uphill over the bridge 😀.
Everything else was according to standards in this price range.
Talking about a good deal for accommodation in this part of Foshan…this one is a no brainer.
The mall located in the building caters anything you need.
Once again thank you Sbby and the whole team for making my stay an unforgettable experience….
I hope I will be able to come back soon as promised.

MM348765****The room decor is elegant, the lighting is soft, and the bedding is smooth and skin-friendly. Most importantly, the room is clean with no strange odors – the owner didn't overdo it with air fresheners, and the ventilation is excellent. The whole room felt very comfortable. I had a wonderful few days staying here. Downstairs in the lobby, there are tea tables for guests to use, and the front desk has a fridge and microwave, which is super convenient. Sometimes I'd chat with the owner at the front desk, and she gave us so many great recommendations for local specialty foods. We tried a few, and they were all fantastic, no duds! This guesthouse is definitely worth recommending to my friends and family.

WWeiweiPros: Excellent environment, surrounded by office buildings, not far from Impression City, and very close to the food court; high floor, great views, ample light; basically complete amenities, clean and tidy furniture; good soundproofing; small but elegant, suitable for business trips and work accommodations.
Cons: Location is a bit difficult to find, with the front desk on a high floor; downstairs seems to be accessible without a security system; hair on the bathroom floor is not cleaned up, with visible accumulations; the bathroom hair dryer is fixed and has very low power, even getting a bunch of hair caught in it.

The parcel arrived I think around 17:30 hours as I received a call from a male front office staff
He is kind enough to store it till I check in again probably in March 2025 after the month long ***** New Year celebrations.

GGuest UserSimply amazing! Two words that perfectly describe this hotel.
Firstly the location. It was so convenient and economical to be able to just take the metro all the way from Guangzhou to the Huangshi North subway station. We even managed to do this on our one day Guangzhou pass! Out the exit and there is the hotel - practically right in front of the station!
Then there was the superb service. The couple running the hotel were unbelievably helpful. They took every request we made very seriously and truly tried their best to fulfill it. Nothing was considered too difficult for them.
Being independent travellers and foreigners we found this to be a Godsend. We were very happy with their recommendations of where and what to eat as Shunde is a foodie paradise.
The bedroom and bathroom offered all the amenities we required and were well-maintained and clean. We had a good night’s sleep on the oh so comfortable bed.
For the price we paid we couldn’t have asked for more.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Wanda Plaza, the Xinkai Plaza. The hotel environment is good, high-end and classy. The environment is very hygienic, and there are aunties cleaning regularly every day. The hotel service is very good and hospitable. As long as the customers have needs, they will try their best to meet them. The hotel air conditioning is cool, the washing machine is also very good, and there are necessary items such as hair dryers and water heaters. Recommended!

MmerusonI love the breakfast buffet here. the dumplings are freshly made by the staff and are full of ingredients. the watermelon is very sweet as it is the watermelon season. there is quite a selection of food and even coffee.
the room is spacious and techy with panel controls from lighting to curtains. the bed is on the hard side, good for elderly but not good for side sleepers.
the location of the hotel is convenient. you can go to popular tourist attractions by bus just outside the hotel, which saves you walking to the metro.
the hotel staff are polite and helpful, especially the housekeeping. the housekeeper went the extra mile to serve guests. when i checked in, the air conditioning condensation pipe always floods the toilet as the water cannot properly drain via the drainage outlet. she went the extra mile to buy a hose to extend the condensation pipe till the drainage. nice. the kitchen staff also makes a point to greet guests when they enter the buffet area. good.
