GGuest UserOur stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, with convenient transportation links making it easy to get anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly until morning. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

MMatjazzzzzAfter my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home.
I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level.
You are not just a customer you are almost like family.
Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect.
2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc.
This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended.
Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

MM370098****Berstden Cinema Apartment is truly excellent. The location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian food street, Qinghui Garden, and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, with new bedding and a large projection TV, making for a very comfortable stay. Unlike a traditional hotel, it's well-equipped with facilities like a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and both hot and cold air conditioning. The staff were very warm, attentive, and efficient. Any requests were handled immediately. The experience was fantastic. Highly recommended. I'll definitely come again.

KkylierobbenBeautiful villa with great outdoor swimming area for toddlers and bigger kids/adults. Villa was clean and has all basic necessities like towels, some basic kitchen items , toothbrushes , hair dryer, WASHING MACHINE etc. As well as very comfortable sofa . There is also KTV. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely coming again. For foreign friends, I would suggest bringing coffee mugs and utensils as there are only chop sticks. The only slight downfall to note is the stone walkway in the garden is highly slippery when wet and very sharp a little dangerous for small kids and the swings are old and not safe . The baby pool to the side is not usable and the hot tub doesn't work but still worth the price . The Waterpark alone was amazing my children loved it ❤️ 💙 ♥️ I will definitely visit again.

The mattress was just the right firmness, the pillows were comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The facilities were practical and complete, with fast water flow, stable internet speed, and convenient charging. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, responding promptly to any needs. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding amenities. The price is affordable, offering great value for money, making it a reliable choice for business trips and leisure travel. The experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Wanda Plaza, the Xinkai Plaza. The hotel environment is good, high-end and classy. The environment is very hygienic, and there are aunties cleaning regularly every day. The hotel service is very good and hospitable. As long as the customers have needs, they will try their best to meet them. The hotel air conditioning is cool, the washing machine is also very good, and there are necessary items such as hair dryers and water heaters. Recommended!

BBewonderaarThe service and location were great but the rooms are neglected. I could see it used to be very nice but it is in a state of disrepair. My first room was very dirty and smelled of smoke. They then upgraded me which was nice. The fridge was very dirty in both rooms. They did send cleaners to clean it thereafter. The roof in the bathroom had a hole in it and many areas showed they had not been cleaned in a very long time. The staff were lovely and they provided amenities and cleaning services on request.

TTriantropicI often stay at this hotel when I need to get around Foshan. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. My room was equipped with everything I needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well. There was even a kettle and an extra fan. I also needed to wash some clothes... The staff assigned me this room, which had a small refrigerator with freezer and a washing machine in the bathroom. The surrounding area is well-connected. The bus stop and subway station are just a few meters away!
