"I chose this hotel because it was the closest to the stadium for the concert. The location is excellent, there's an airport shuttle, and there's a mall next door, so food and drinks are not a problem at all; it's very lively. Walking into the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to see concert support decorations set up by the fan club. In the evening, the hotel's buffet restaurant also had concert-themed decorations – full marks! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff, particularly Mr. Ahao, was incredibly patient and professional. He was very enthusiastic and helped me arrange for a courier to store my belongings, which was super reliable!"

Service: Not bad, I was notified in advance to get the license plate number, because you need to report the license plate when driving into the scenic spot on weekends, but maybe because of the weekend, the customer service sister is busy and can't handle it alone. After that, she replied immediately after she was busy, and the reply recommendation was also very good, which is very praiseworthy. It's just that the security uncle at the gate is not very friendly and his language is not polite enough.
Hygiene: The overall hygiene is okay, but some small details are not paid attention to. A lot of hair is stuck in the drain in the shower room, and I cleaned it myself.
Facilities: Because it has been open for a while, the facilities are also old. Fortunately, the room style is that kind of old and good style, which is not too annoying. The toilet spotlight is broken and flickers. I asked the landlord's sister to help, and she quickly arranged for the master to fix it. Later, I couldn't turn on the TV when I wanted to watch it, but I didn't ask the landlord to find someone to fix it, after all, it was 12 o'clock.
Anyway, the overall feeling is that the room is comfortable and the environment is good, but there are some minor problems. However, as long as you tell the landlord, he will give you a satisfactory solution.

FFenxiangleThe room is a little yellow duck theme room, very cute, bedding and toiletries are all little yellow duck ~ The scenery outside the terrace is nice, you can see the mountains in the distance and the lake nearby. The room has a bathtub, and the terrace also has a balcony table and chairs. The service staff and cleaning staff are very polite. For dinner, just eat in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Shunde tastes good, and you can use vouchers during the Qingming Festival. Breakfast options are all OK, and you can eat quite full. It's about 20 minutes from Yingxiang Ecological Park, and the road conditions are OK. I ordered takeout to the hotel and picked it up at a designated point on the first floor, which is quite convenient.

The location is superb, overlooking Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi. There's an abundance of great food nearby; for my 3-day stay, all dining, shopping, and entertainment were within walking distance.
All rooms have balconies, some facing Zumiao Temple and others facing a residential area. The rooms facing Zumiao can be a bit noisy.
There's a heated pool, 29 degrees Celsius, 28 meters long, 1.2 meters deep, with good water quality and not too many people. It's all self-operated by the hotel, well-equipped, and even has a spin dryer.
Upon check-in, we received some complimentary snacks. Overall, the hotel service is well-organized, warm, and professional!
I'll definitely stay here again!
Small suggestion: The kitchen facilities in the room are fantastic; it would be great if they weren't removed during future renovations. Perhaps just replacing the wardrobe would suffice.

The place was very clean and tidy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The swimming pool was amazing, and the soaking tub was such a nice touch — perfect for unwinding in the evening. We also loved that the hotel is pet-friendly, so we could bring our furry friend along. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back again!

GGuest UserWe checked into a hot spring room on January 14th and checked out on the 15th. Here are our three main observations:
(1) The main hot spring area was exclusively occupied by elderly guests. It seemed they might have booked through discount group-buy platforms like Pinduoduo or similar packages. We didn't see any middle-aged or young visitors.
(2) Breakfast was entirely composed of staple foods: various noodles, congee, and dumplings. The only item that somewhat resembled a side dish was the ham sausage, but it turned out to be starch-based, essentially just another staple.
(3) Service was consistently perfunctory. We requested drinking water twice, at 9 AM and 9:30 AM, and even agreed to the 3 RMB per bottle price quoted by the front desk. Despite this, the water never arrived, even by 12 PM.
Compared to Lubaohot Spring in the past, it seems to have significantly deteriorated. Perhaps this isn't a place for those seeking a more refined or sophisticated experience.
