"The hotel is new and very clean. We booked a family room, which was spacious with a 180-degree river view. The two beds, one 2m and one 1.35m, were perfect for traveling with kids. There were both firm and soft pillows available, and unlike typical hotel pillows that are often uncomfortable, these were quite cozy (a definite plus!). The mat in the tent was practical for playing board games with the children.
The hotel's location is close to Fisherman's Wharf. You can park at the hotel and walk along the river, which saves the hassle of finding parking elsewhere.
The breakfast on the 32nd floor offers a river view and a wide variety of dishes. I've stayed at Atour hotels in other cities, but the breakfast here was exceptionally good, perhaps because it's in Shunde."

GGuest UserI spent the ***** New Year with my family. The butler service was very considerate, and we were connected in advance. The villa is close to Fengjian Water Village, quiet in the bustling city, elegant and comfortable. The room is unique, the scenery is beautiful, the staff is dedicated and the service is thoughtful. The meals are Cantonese style, delicious and hygienic. The family spent an unforgettable reunion time.

Whether it is the front desk manager or the cleaning staff, they are very nice to you and will take the initiative to ask if you need help. Changing rooms, delivering tea sets, and delivering water will be done for you immediately! A little regret is that there are too many people having breakfast on May Day, and there is not enough food.

The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the washing machine, refrigerator and other facilities are perfect, suitable for family travel. The service responded quickly, there was a restaurant downstairs, walking directly to the town of Anahi and Alice Manor, and really did ”stay away from the hustle and bustle and feel at home”.

AAnonymous UserGenerally the hotel is in a good location. Did not include breakfast, so unable to comment on the breakfast. The only issue is that when the remote is used to on the TV in the bedroom, the TV in the living room also comes on since it is along the same line of sight. You have to go to the living room to turn that TV off. The instruction for operating the TV says to press the top left hand corner button, but it did not work, the red button on the right needs to be ON. View from hotel is nice.

GGuest UserWe spontaneously decided to visit Meilu Lake for some relaxation. We had originally booked a 2-bedroom villa, but to our surprise, the butler proactively upgraded us to a 3-bedroom suite with a KTV upon check-in! The upgrade was such a pleasant surprise, instantly boosting our holiday mood. The three bedrooms were perfectly spacious for our entire family, offering great privacy. What excited the kids most was the KTV, where we all sang our hearts out in the evening.
The butler's service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He actively recommended local restaurants and sightseeing routes, and his responses were always super quick – any request was met with an immediate solution. This feeling of being 'valued' truly made it feel less like staying in a hotel and more like being a VIP guest.
All in all, this impromptu trip turned into an unforgettable memory, thanks to the butler's warm upgrade and the wonderful environment of Meilu Lake! Next time we're vacationing in Foshan, we'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax with family and friends!

GGuest UserWe checked into a hot spring room on January 14th and checked out on the 15th. Here are our three main observations:
(1) The main hot spring area was exclusively occupied by elderly guests. It seemed they might have booked through discount group-buy platforms like Pinduoduo or similar packages. We didn't see any middle-aged or young visitors.
(2) Breakfast was entirely composed of staple foods: various noodles, congee, and dumplings. The only item that somewhat resembled a side dish was the ham sausage, but it turned out to be starch-based, essentially just another staple.
(3) Service was consistently perfunctory. We requested drinking water twice, at 9 AM and 9:30 AM, and even agreed to the 3 RMB per bottle price quoted by the front desk. Despite this, the water never arrived, even by 12 PM.
Compared to Lubaohot Spring in the past, it seems to have significantly deteriorated. Perhaps this isn't a place for those seeking a more refined or sophisticated experience.
