MM60617****Extremely satisfied! The environment was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff (the young lady) had an excellent service attitude – warm and friendly. Even food deliveries can be brought up by a robot, which was a really cool experience!!

MM46704****I booked this for a friend, and based on their request and feedback, I absolutely have to give it a good review. Here’s what they said:
1. It's a guesthouse in a village, but with the hygiene standards of a chain hotel. It actually looks even better than the pictures, and I was very satisfied with my stay.
2. Although it's a bit out of the way, the owner provided daily shuttle service to and from the subway station, which was incredibly convenient. No matter when I wanted to go out, I just had to message the housekeeper on WeChat, and they’d immediately come downstairs to drive me to the subway. Even when I took the last subway back at 11:36 PM, they were still waiting at the station entrance.
3. It's quiet, the bed is very comfortable, the shower in the bathroom has great water pressure, and the toilet is smart.
If I ever get the chance to visit Guangzhou again, I’ll definitely go experience it myself.

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying in this hotel. I felt good, the price was right, the hotel environment and the waiter's work attitude were very good. At the nearby Creative Industrial Park, a popular check-in spot, you can taste a variety of delicacies, and at the Wangfujing large shopping mall, you can buy your favorite things at any time. And the transportation is also very convenient, with subway stations and bus stops nearby, so you can go wherever you want at any time. Such a convenient hotel is indeed the first choice for staying!

VVIP89882688The hotel was alright. The location is a bit far out, taking two hours to get there from Guangzhou Airport. However, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The price wasn't cheap, but the location itself was decent, situated in a residential area.

First thing, I pay for higher grade expected have a bigger room 400 SQ ft, end up I have the smallest 250 SQ ft.
This isn t the worst, I forgot my keys in the room asking for a extra keys, receptionist, only 1 person, try to look where I lives, I tell her all my reservation number(this is my first day, forgot the room number and floor), she try to find it for half hr, however, she said how can u don t speak Mandarin, don t expect tourist here, or not welcome?
Tell m to go to wrong floor, I meet cleaning ladies, at last she speak Cantonese(a local foshan lady), she is much nice and telling receiptionist this guy on the wrong floor, and tell m reception find u the room, at last(that is over 45min), and open the door make sure is a right room, the cleaning lady attitude is much better the receiption, can't image.

GGuest UserLocation is close to Guicheng metro, a short walk toward area where opposite of the metro is Walmart. Front desk is polite and helpful. House keeping did well even though falicilties is dated but it is well maintained. I stay at 11 floor where is is quiet and peaceful but water pressure for shower is low, that the slight negative for the 3 night stay. Otherwise all are good.
