AAnonymous UserThis Orange Hotel Crystal is in an excellent location, within walking distance to Qinghui Garden and Huagai Road Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient to try Chencun vermicelli and double-skin milk pudding. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, and the room was spotlessly clean. The smart home features throughout and the excellent soundproofing were a plus. The toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance. Breakfast included local specialty dim sum, and free parking was available. The facilities were comprehensive and comfortable. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation in Shunde, and I'll be back on my next trip.

GGuest UserOn my first day visiting Shunde, I stayed at Atour. The room was really old, and the bathroom facilities showed clear signs of wear and tear. The service was cold and unwelcoming, which significantly detracted from the overall experience. The next day, I switched to the Orange Hotel next door, and it was a complete game-changer – the difference was like night and day! The room featured smart amenities like electric curtains and a smart toilet, and it was spotless with no strange odors. The front desk staff were warm and attentive during check-in, and they were always quick to assist with any request. The value for money and the overall experience here absolutely surpassed my stay at the Atour Hotel next door! The lobby has a very comfortable vibe, and its proximity to the subway entrance makes getting around super convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting OCT.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel for a business trip, and it's super close to my company. The hotel environment and service are both excellent, and the location is fantastic. There are tons of great restaurants downstairs and a huge mall nearby, perfect for eating and shopping. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe overall facilities are decent, and the hygiene is pretty good. I stayed in a top-floor room, which made doing laundry and hitting the gym quite convenient. There's a convenience store nearby, so shopping is easy. The only downside is that getting a taxi can be a bit tricky; you have to walk a short distance to find one.
One minor issue is the laundry room. It feels like three washing machines are definitely not enough. Every day, there are still clothes being washed at 3 or 4 in the morning. The staff works very hard helping out with the laundry, so I hope they can add more equipment.

Service: I have stayed in many hotels on business trips. This one is also considered to be a poor handling of the sudden situation. I have opened a chain hotel for a small half year. I have no basic service awareness. Because I am on a business trip, I need to have a comfortable rest environment. Before booking, I will specially note: a quiet room is needed. When I checked in for lunch break, I heard the chatting sound and the loud TV sound next door. I didn’t care too much at that time. When I was going to bed at 10 o’clock in the evening, I heard the loud vibration of the room. I thought it was the sound of watching TV next door. I found that there was a KTV behind the window. Very strong rhythm, contact the front desk as soon as possible, the other party said to negotiate with KTV first, see if the volume can be reduced, and arrange for the staff to come up to confirm whether there is really this sound before changing the room, and I am a woman when I call the front desk. As a result, there was no first time to arrange a female room staff, but a male security guard to solve the problem. Such a big hotel, there is no room staff? Can security do the work of the room? The security guard said that he was not satisfied that the room could be replaced. If we wanted to change it, we would immediately collect things to go to the new room (although the tone was friendly, but it was very uncomfortable). The front desk staff asked him to wait for us to complete the room change and get back the old room card before leaving. The whole operation was very speechless. In the end, he repeatedly asked him to go downstairs and give us some time to pack our luggage. After changing the room, we will pick up the original room card. Changed the room opposite the same apartment type. The new room was very quiet except that the hotel light belt outside the window was broken and flashed all night. The road below is also the hotel's internal parking passage, so I don't understand why there is a quiet room that is not arranged for the first time, but arranged a KTV room at night. I really don't understand it. There is no hotel staff to apologize for this matter until 8 am. It was more than two o'clock in the afternoon that I called and said that I could upgrade when I lived in the future. I thought about solving it when I left. It was really bad.

It's also close to the South Station, and there's a subway station right outside, which is very convenient. Overall, a good experience.

MmccccccI had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a high-end experience without the steep price tag, this is the perfect spot. It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate.
The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

Facilities: The main issue was that the Wi-Fi was incredibly unstable, and screen mirroring was very laggy. Another big problem was that screen mirroring wasn't linked to individual rooms; anyone could cast to any room in the hotel. This meant our TV kept getting interrupted by other people casting to our screen, which was very annoying.
Also, I'm not sure if it was the mattress or the pillows, but they weren't very comfortable. My husband and I are usually sound sleepers, but we woke up multiple times every night. My husband never dreams, but he was dreaming every single night here.
Didn't take any photos, so I'm using food pictures instead.

WWobuyuanpingdanAlthough the hotel is a bit older, it still has a grand feel. The room views are lovely, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They even thoughtfully provide a local food guide for guests, which is super useful. Oh, and the dim sum at the Chinese restaurant on the 4th floor is absolutely delicious!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and spacious. The balcony offered a view right into the heart of the lake, making it feel like we were staying in an ancient town. The natural scenery of the water town, with its flourishing flora and fauna, was beautiful. The various themed parks were also large, and it was very convenient and easy to navigate with our own stroller throughout.
