GGuest UserThis guesthouse truly exceeded my expectations! It's located within the scenic area, quite peaceful, and offers breathtaking views of the mountains right across. It might be a small guesthouse, but it's packed with amazing technology. And their little restaurant? The food is absolutely delicious! I have to commend them on the portion sizes – they were huge! The owner said they want to make sure every customer is satisfied. Overall, it was a truly perfect experience!

GGuest UserThe homestay I chose this time is in the scenic area, very close to the south gate, and the location is absolutely perfect! You can drive to Wuye Temple and Shuxiang Temple in 10 minutes. The room is designed with log style, the mountain view on the roof is very good, sitting on the rooftop and drinking tea to see the scenery is particularly healing. The boss is a local, sent a detailed pilgrimage guide in advance, and also helped to make an appointment for the vehicle to enter the mountain, saving a lot of trouble. The bedding is clean and soft, the bathroom has a smart toilet and aromatherapy, and the details are full. If you come to Wutai Mountain to play, I highly recommend this one, the price is super high! (The boss is too enthusiastic, has been recommending all kinds of delicious food, as well as tourist routes, help with luggage, next time I come to live here!)

GGuest UserMy stay at Futiandahua Rain Hot Spring Hotel was absolutely fantastic! First off, the location is superb, right inside the ancient city. It's super close to where they do the iron flower show, which, by the way, is an absolute must-see. I'm getting on in years, but watching that show brought tears to my eyes; I was so moved by the performers' dedication and the incredible spectacle they put on.
It's clear the hotel owner pays incredible attention to detail. My two girlfriends and I stayed in a triple room, and from the moment we walked into the lobby, we were gushing over the hotel's ambiance, the staff, and the room's decor. Every little detail was thoughtfully done. Even when we were heading out to explore the ancient city, the front desk proactively offered us a pack of tissues to take with us.
The room itself was a standalone unit, so it was incredibly quiet. They delivered coffee and afternoon tea daily, and the fruit plate in the room was fresh. There was also a cooler in the lobby with bottled water available for guests. The whole room was smart-enabled with XiaoDu (a smart assistant), and the shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable, with a separate wet and dry area. Oh, one small thing: the trash can in the bathroom was a bit too small; I hope they can improve that.
The private hot spring was amazing. After a full day of sightseeing, coming back to soak in the hot spring and chat was just pure bliss.

GGuest Userbest service ever from the owner, he could pick the guest to and from the ticketing hall, we were give lots of snacks and drinks. he was kind enough to let us know information on how to explore the surrounding. breakfast was simple but good. SMALL note if you come a bit later in the evening try to have dinner in downtown instead of the restaurant near the hotel, that restaurant has very bad service the other tables were given drinks and snacks while our table wasnt the server was also very rude when asked about recommendations and their food were very mediocre.

LLongshengeA hidden house in the mountains, quiet in the bustle. The B&B is near Pu'an Temple, nearly one kilometer away from the drop-off point. After getting off the bus, I contacted the housekeeper, who immediately sent a car to pick us up at the B&B. Although the water conservancy facilities are being improved nearby, it is not noisy at all and very quiet. The room also has separate tea making tools, and the breakfast is relatively healthy and rich, which is worth recommending! !

GGuest UserThis trip to Wutai Mountain was really warmed up by this homestay! Because the vehicle reservation in the scenic area could not be made, I thought it would be particularly troublesome to travel. I didn't expect the hotel staff to pick up the car and send it. Whether it is to the attractions or the back and forth station, on call, 24-hour online service, we don't have to worry about traffic problems at all.
The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, the front desk staff was particularly warm and thoughtful, the details were full, and people felt as at ease as going home. The price is super high, the service is far beyond expectations, I have already recommended it to my friends, next time I come to Wutai Mountain, I will choose this one, really worth five-star recommendation!

My family and I had a fantastic time here. The hotel also offers complimentary pick-up and drop-off services, which was very convenient. When we checked out, the owner even gave us some small gifts for our journey, which was such a thoughtful touch! I was in a hurry and forgot to take photos of the hotel itself, so I've just included some beautiful pictures of Mount Wutai instead.

The shortcomings are:
1. The hotel is newly renovated, so there is a smell in the room
2. In a duplex room, the upper floor is relatively short and depressing. The bathroom is on the upper floor, so it is relatively small and stuffy. This also causes the upper bedroom to be hotter and hotter. It is recommended to put it on the lower floor.
3. Duplex room air conditioners are only available on the lower floor. As the cold air sinks and the hot air rises, the bedrooms below are already very cold while the bedrooms on the upper floors are still stuffy. GGuest UserEven if it's hard to get tickets for Mount Wutai online, it's still possible to buy them offline, except during the Chinese New Year period (4th to 5th day). The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a ten-minute walk from the bus station. However, since you have to climb a few hills, I felt a bit tired after walking for a few minutes once inside the hotel. While the room facilities are a bit dated, the underfloor heating made it very warm and comfortable during winter. The breakfast was rather basic, and although the equipment seemed a bit old, the staff were still very friendly.
