The transportation is convenient in front of Niigata Station. You can take the bus from the airport directly to the hotel entrance. The room is not big and has an integrated bathroom. It feels a bit like a business hotel. Even after checking out, you can eat in the public area after buying food at the seafood market.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hearty complimentary breakfast. Would be better if bottle of water were offered in the room.

I used this hotel for a trip to attend a live concert. I arrived around 10 PM on a weekday, and the parking lot was full, so I parked in a nearby coin-operated parking lot. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The rice balls and miso soup for breakfast were delicious. The rice balls were small, came in many varieties, and were easy to eat. I would definitely use this hotel again if I have another opportunity to travel for a concert.

Clean and comfortable, very suitable for family travel, parking is also convenient. In short, it is highly recommended for parents and children. If you drive in Xinyi, choose this one, the service is great!

I often stay at Livemax when I travel to other regions. It's very close, about a 3-minute walk from Niigata Station after taking the direct limousine bus from the airport. The return bus stop for the airport, number 18, is also nearby, so it's easy to move around even with a suitcase. The front desk staff are very polite in their explanations. Since it was just one night, the room was spacious enough, most amenities were included, and the facilities had been newly replaced, so it was comfortable. Also, there is a microwave here, so it's great to be able to heat up the local food you take home! The elevators are crowded at check-out time, as mentioned in the reviews, but I checked out at 9:50 and it didn't affect me. I think it's fine as long as you check out a little outside of peak hours. If I have the chance to come to Niigata, I'll use it again.

Enjoyed my stay here I had a single standard room small room good price has everything you need. Located right in the city many food shops and izakaya restaurants around about a 10-minute walk from the main train station. I enjoyed my stay :)

It is a tourist. It is greedy for the convenient and cheap location. The hotel itself is a type of domestic express hotel, but there is a simple breakfast. Japanese politeness and service attitude are of course very good, but the premise is to respect their politeness and culture to establish good communication. I don’t know English or Japanese. I basically have a translator. I’m fine. Thank you. I’m sorry to hang up my mouth and basically talk about everything. 😃 Oh yes, the hygiene is really good. The toilet is really small and small 😂 Take a shower and basically hit it in the toilet. I don’t know if I may feel that I have a fight in the toilet. 😂

The hotel is very good. They helped us store our luggage in advance. When we came back from our trip, our luggage was already there. The hotel is a little old, but it still has everything we need. There was a football game on the day we stayed. Other hotels cost thousands of yuan, but this one was reasonably priced. It's only a 5-minute walk from the station, which is very convenient. There are many izakayas and ramen restaurants nearby. You can eat after the game before going back.

It was very convenient to go to the station building as it was close to the station. The hotel and facilities are old, but everything is provided so I didn't feel particularly inconvenienced.

This was my first stay here, and the service was truly impeccable. The selection of amenities available at the front desk, along with the welcome drinks, was very generous. It rained throughout our two-day visit, but the staff were very accommodating and kindly lent us umbrellas. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious.
