The rooms are clean and breakfast is free. The food was delicious. I often travel on business, so I plan to stay here again next time.

The location is perfect because it is next to the Niigata station. However, there were not many things to eat in the morning restaurant.

I've not ever stayed Dormy Inn and this was the first time. It was very nice and impressive. Good onsen and clean facilities. I will try to find Dormy Inn chain near the places I plan to trip to. Thank you so much for the nice services the hotel provided.

The staff are also kind and polite. The fact that they are able to offer such a reasonable price is an amazing corporate effort that I am truly grateful for.

There was a football game on the day we stayed. Other hotels cost thousands of yuan, but this one was reasonably priced. It's only a 5-minute walk from the station, which is very convenient. There are many izakayas and ramen restaurants nearby. You can eat after the game before going back.

This was my first stay here, and the service was truly impeccable. The selection of amenities available at the front desk, along with the welcome drinks, was very generous. It rained throughout our two-day visit, but the staff were very accommodating and kindly lent us umbrellas. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious.

It was very convenient to go to the station building as it was close to the station. The hotel and facilities are old, but everything is provided so I didn't feel particularly inconvenienced.
