The rooms are clean and breakfast is free. The food was delicious. I often travel on business, so I plan to stay here again next time.

The elevators are crowded at check-out time, as mentioned in the reviews, but I checked out at 9:50 and it didn't affect me. I think it's fine as long as you check out a little outside of peak hours. If I have the chance to come to Niigata, I'll use it again.

I stayed alone. The building itself had a retro feel to it, but the room seemed to be well-cleaned. The air conditioning worked well, and the toilet and bath were clean, so I was able to stay there without any discomfort!
