Ttraveller from CebuCheck in and out is fast. Being part of JR Train Group gave it immediate accessibility in same building in 2 to 4 minutes. Hotel lobby 3rd floor is same floor with JR entrance.
Besides Seven Eleven store and about 40 meters distance walking to Yoshinoya.
Many food shops around South ,West,East entrance.
Bic Camera just across street.
Room is ok with bath separated from toilet.

厨厨二病の蟹さんThe hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Dinner was a set menu, and breakfast was a buffet. The food was decent. The hot spring could accommodate about ten people. It's a good leisure option for travelers.

GGuest UserNice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion.
Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out.
Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk.
Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western.
Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

Zz_._.__kThe most attractive aspect of this hotel was its incredibly low price. The fact that it included breakfast and access to the hot springs at this price was truly exceptional. The hotel and guest rooms were clean, making for a comfortable stay. The room was larger than I expected, which was a plus. Furthermore, there were amenities like a table tennis room, which added to the enjoyment.
The location wasn't bad either; there were restaurants and convenience stores within a few minutes' drive, so I didn't feel any inconvenience.
I didn't have any major complaints, except that the large size of the facility meant it took a little time to reach my room, which was a minor concern. Even considering that, the cost performance was excellent, and I would definitely like to stay here again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near Niigata Station, making it easy to access dining options and souvenir shops. Parking at the hotel is 1,600 yen per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Both nights of my two-night stay, the lot was full. However, there are plenty of coin-operated parking lots nearby, and they are surprisingly affordable, something you wouldn't find in Tokyo. Since I only returned to the hotel to sleep, I was satisfied that breakfast was included. Although the facilities are old, the hotel was clean. Toothbrushes, a hairdryer, a face towel, and a bath towel are provided. It's a standard business hotel.

It's also convenient for getting around Niigata city, and the prices are reasonable. It's old, but we liked the retro feel. The exterior, which reminded us of a large cruise ship, was also nice.

CChaitianくんThe service is very good, with free drink coupons. You can also go to the same hotel next door to experience the ceramic steam bath for 500 days, which is quite comfortable. The room is indeed small for a temporary stay. It is less than a five-minute walk from the station and convenient for eating. The big camera next door has everything, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Bbmblglothere was a high-pitched ringing sound on 1 side of the building. it was painful. even after switching to the other side of the building, there's constant noise from the ventilation system. it was too loud on the top floor.
the breakfast was really good. fish, eggs, fresh vegetables, fermented vegetables, yogurt, juice, etc. coffee and ice were always available but tea was only available during breakfast and after 15:00.

Just the first floor is not soundproof in the single room, but did you come on a business trip? Everyone write quietly.
I was feeling good.
There is a spicy ramen shop next to it, so it's good to have a grass.
