よくいえばレトロ、な古いホテルです。
可能な限り清潔に保つ努力をされていらっしゃるようですが、全体的に老朽化が目につきます。
浴室のサビやカビ？などの古さやカーペットのシミもあり、もう少し保守をしてもらわないとリピートしようとは思いません。

高速バスで新潟に行きました。バスセンター到着後、すぐ隣がホテルなので天気が悪くても気になりません。
建物の外見は古そうですが、館内はきれいです。部屋も可愛らしく装飾されてあり女性にも喜ばれるのではないでしょうか。
今回は食事は付けませんでしたが、次回は朝食をいただきたいです

新潟駅から程近い場所に立地しています。
客室内は、然程広くありませんが、清掃が行き届き清潔です。
エアコンは、この時期、暖房設定です。
出張で利用しました。宿泊だけと割り切れば、全く問題ないと思います。

街中でお買い物も食事も便利な立地。4階がフロント。下がレストランやショップ。予約がギリギリで喫煙ルームになってしまいましたが、気になったのは最初だけでした。部屋は十分広く、やや古いホテルならではで良かったです。パーキングは、歩いてワンブロック離た駐車場で、クルクル回って登り、空いてるスペースに入れます。白い駐車券をフロントで見せ、黄色のサービス券を頂き、出庫時の支払いはこのサービス券で出来ます。チェックアウト時に800円のパーキング利用料を払いますが、基本は車を出したい毎に、フロントに駐車券を提示して、サービス券を頂けます。

Enjoyed my stay here I had a single standard room small room good price has everything you need. Located right in the city many food shops and izakaya restaurants around about a 10-minute walk from the main train station. I enjoyed my stay :)
