地點房間服務都挺好的還有單車我踩着單車逛新瀉城看櫻花很愜意。唯一的是空掉比較臟裏面很多塵土應該清洗了

飯店離新潟車站走路大約3-5分鐘路程，早餐樣式雖不多，但有白飯，麵包，湯品及牛奶...等，而且還有現打的果汁，下午到晚上的時間，1樓大廳還有提供咖啡跟檸檬水。Comfort Hotel Niigata，為我們這趟的旅程，提供了一個非常舒適的住宿。

在新瀉坐飛機回上海，從東京坐新幹線下來，jr站出來7、8分鐘抵達酒店
選擇了這一家舒適酒店來過夜，之前在佐賀也住過，總體印象非常好，新瀉這邊果然也沒讓我失望。基本設施都很全，非常乾淨

Breakfast is the same menu every day and is not tasty. In particular, I think the quality of the rice is unbelievable in Niigata.
I was worried because the elevator was old and sometimes malfunctioned.
The bed was in worse condition than a typical love hotel, with a basin-like depression in the middle, which was then filled with folded towels and then covered with a sheet!
I politely left a letter expressing my dissatisfaction, but the staff member made a mistake and the bed was not replaced!
I was staying alone and had a friend visit in my room, but I was asked to pay an additional fee for that person. Of the 4 nights I stayed there, I never stayed there for even one night!
The toilet had been renovated and although it was small, it was clean and comfortable to use. I would like to thank the staff who clean the room!
I don't think I'll ever use this hotel again, but thank you for your help!
