厨厨二病の蟹さんThe hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Dinner was a set menu, and breakfast was a buffet. The food was decent. The hot spring could accommodate about ten people. It's a good leisure option for travelers.

The location is excellent, very close to Niigata Station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The only downside might be the lack of a hot spring bath, which would be really nice to have, especially in winter.

It was an old inn, but it had an open-air bath and was not too bad.
There were three smoking areas, and from the smoking area in front of the large bath we could enjoy a leisurely cigarette while looking out over the garden.

GGuest UserNice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion.
Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out.
Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk.
Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western.
Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

The quality of the hot springs is the biggest highlight! The large public baths are divided into indoor and outdoor baths, all made with genuine natural hot spring water. The strong sulfur smell immediately upon entering is incredibly reassuring. The highlight is the open-air hot spring, cleverly designed with a cave theme. Gazing at the stars or the cave walls amidst the rising steam feels like stepping into a natural wonderland – a truly therapeutic experience.

The most delightful surprise is at night! Every night from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, the hotel offers complimentary ”Yonari Kisobaba” – steaming hot and delicious soba noodles to satisfy your hungry stomach after a soak in the hot spring. Not only that, but there are also complimentary Yakult, popsicles, and other snacks and drinks, all available 24 hours a day – this attentive care is simply wonderful!

The room is indeed small for a temporary stay. It is less than a five-minute walk from the station and convenient for eating. The big camera next door has everything, and there are many restaurants nearby.

LLotus_BlackIt is a tourist. It is greedy for the convenient and cheap location. The hotel itself is a type of domestic express hotel, but there is a simple breakfast. Japanese politeness and service attitude are of course very good, but the premise is to respect their politeness and culture to establish good communication. I don’t know English or Japanese. I basically have a translator. I’m fine. Thank you. I’m sorry to hang up my mouth and basically talk about everything. 😃 Oh yes, the hygiene is really good. The toilet is really small and small 😂 Take a shower and basically hit it in the toilet. I don’t know if I may feel that I have a fight in the toilet. 😂
