ZZEHUAAt check-in, I upgraded the high-floor double bed room for $25. The room layout is very interesting and the view is good. The hotel as a whole is old, but the maintenance and cleaning are done well. Hotel location is very good, walking distance from business district, Millennium Park, Michigan avenue business district.

First, it is very close to the UMich campus, only 15 minutes walk, and free parking is available; second, the hotel is very unique, with a history of more than 100 years, each room has a different theme, beautifully decorated, warmly furnished, and the experience is very different from those business hotels; third, the price is not expensive, classic gourmet breakfast, and a self-service kitchen is provided; fourth, the hotel owner is a Chinese compatriot, the service is thoughtful and the hospitality is warm; fifth, the surrounding area is in a wealthy area, with beautiful scenery, safe and quiet. I will patronize it next time I go, it is highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is great and quiet, located in the South Campus, close to the big house. It's just a little off the beaten track, with few places to eat and parking spaces, so it's not very convenient.

KKAIThe hotel does not provide free breakfast, which needs to be paid at your own expense, but after contacting Ctrip customer service, Ctrip will return the breakfast fee at your own expense after check-out. However, I still feel a little deceived in my heart, with some regrets.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic stay here. The staff was amazing and even during a pandemic the wedding was beautiful. Leah was amazing and helpful. Really enjoyed Meg at the front desk and the General manager was willing to help us with anything. Such a blessing to find this fabulous hotel for the wedding and rehearsal dinner. TTravelifeJoThe room is not well lited even i turn on all the lights in the room. There is no electric kettle for reboiling tap water. Not very suitable for people not used to drink cold tap water. Only 2 bottled water provided by the hotel no matter hiw long u stay. The staff didnt refill the bottled water. The location is quite far away from the center, u need take a bus for 30 minutes or walk by 1 hour. Also not of a good value for a hotel charge you nearly 150 usd per night

내내미남This is a good place to stay in the United States on business trips. Laundry is also free (detergent is separate). Everyone is friendly and the breakfast in the morning is okay for American style.

SSONGNo breakfast. No extra bed possible. Suitable for bringing children. The location is very good, not in the city center, but next to several major shopping malls and supermarkets, convenient for shopping and dining. There is parking, free. The kitchen facilities are very practical.
