Extremely satisfied! The guesthouse's underfloor heating was wonderfully warm; compared to the November heat outside, I really wanted to stay inside! 😆 The triple double room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The owner is kind and helpful; he guided us on our route before we even left, helped us book transportation, monitored our arrival progress, and patiently explained how to explore the area, providing a very detailed itinerary. The next day, we went to Dongtai Peak to watch the sunrise, but unexpectedly, our car broke down around 5 am. The owner found a solution for us, personally driving us to a repair shop and arranging for someone to come and fix it. He was a lifesaver, ensuring we didn't miss the magnificent sunrise. We are so grateful! All my colleagues in the group were very thankful and insisted on giving a positive review! If we visit Wutai Mountain again, we will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! Great and very nice!

This hotel is incredibly popular, and we were lucky to snag a room. The room itself was very spacious. On the day we checked in, it was raining on Mount Wutai, and the mountain views outside our window were shrouded in mist, creating an almost transcendent atmosphere. The hotel manager and two other staff members we encountered were all very charming young men. They kindly helped us with our luggage, carrying it up and down, and also gave us great recommendations for places to visit. Their attention to detail was truly thoughtful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful. When we checked out, they walked us all the way out of the hotel, waving goodbye, and repeatedly cautioned us to drive carefully due to the fog and rain, which we found incredibly touching. If possible, we would definitely love to come back again. Just two minor points for improvement, if I may: firstly, the pillows were a bit too soft, which isn't ideal for someone with neck issues; and secondly, it was quite cold that day, and the heating hadn't been turned on yet, so the toilet seat was a bit chilly.

The environment in the store is elegant and comfortable. The indoor temperature is very warm. After arriving at the store, the aunt enthusiastically sent small snacks. Manager Song in the store was very attentive and enthusiastic. On the way, he kept giving us detailed guidance. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. Contact us to pick up and drop off the vehicle to the attraction. The arranged tour guide is very professional and attentive. The experience of staying in the store is very good.

I make a pilgrimage to Mount Wutai every year, and have stayed at about 20 guesthouses in the central area. I consider myself a semi-expert. Tuya's guesthouse might not be the most luxurious, but it felt very warm. The service wasn't the most standardized, but the staff were very friendly. Cleanliness and bedding are always my top priorities, and Tuya's was fantastic. The pillows were the same as those from Atour X, which was very comfortable for my aging neck. Another pleasant surprise was the gym, which was fully equipped – a must-try for weightlifters! Tuya mentioned that they start serving breakfast during the Spring Festival, and I've already booked a room for the fourth day of the ***** New Year to welcome the God of Wealth. This is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate . During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day. The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room. The lady boss (who we didn’t meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains. Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Last stop of the year! I randomly chose a place to stay and found that it was indeed one of the top temples in the north. The hotel was like a small world full of Zen. As the Chinese New Year approaches, there are still a lot of tourists, so it’s a plus that the accommodation environment remains quiet. It seems that the hotel has a new owner. Before leaving, the little boss kept asking if there was anything wrong and if he had any comments. The service of the newly opened old hotel is very considerate. The bedding and everything are brand new, clean and soft, and I have become more religious when sleeping. I came at the right time. It's very close to Wuye Temple. It only takes ten minutes to get up in the morning to have a meal, load up the car and set off there, so there's no rush at all. It should be a store that is close and has high cost performance.

The facilities can be improved a little bit, re-repaired... I wish the development is getting better and better!

Very close to the north gate, the room is very clean, not cold, and the size is OK. Don't hesitate to come to Wutai Mountain, live it!

I went there over a month ago and am only now leaving a review. The owner was so kind! When I was leaving, I realized I'd forgotten my wallet at the hotel, and they'd kept it safe for me. When I went back to get it, they didn't charge me a penny and even gave me a bucket of vinegar! It was truly amazing! Most importantly, may the God of Wealth, all the gods, and Buddha bless me and let me get my money back! They really saved me. I'm so grateful!
