This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!

My stereotype of people from the North being 'fierce' was completely erased at the Hilton. From the front desk staff to the room service and even the cleaning crew I met, everyone spoke softly and always had a smile. Auntie Wang Haiye from housekeeping, with her gentle Northern accent, cheerfully met all our requests. The front desk staff, A-Zheng and Xiao Tian, were even more attentive. I finished skiing quite late and asked them to help me dry my clothes in the middle of the night. The next day, I found them already dried and neatly folded. All in all, this 'Southern spud' (me!) was very satisfied with this trip to Hohhot. I'll definitely come back to see you all again!

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail. Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This stay was fantastic! Upon arrival, the front desk greeted us warmly, and check-in was prompt. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel parking lot was spacious, making parking a breeze. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was attentive and attentive to every detail. I'll definitely stay here again! When checking in, the front desk couldn't find our reservation, and it was frustrating that someone who arrived later than us was able to check in first. Although the front desk lady apologized sincerely, I hope to investigate the reasoning. Upon check-out, both cards were refunded, and they sent a message saying they only received one. Shouldn't they have checked in at check-out? Or should they have confirmed how many cards were received?

Front desk staff, Xiao Zhang, is beautiful and kind, providing professional and thoughtful service with meticulous attention to detail during her rounds. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The professional service goes without saying, as does the abundant breakfast (some dishes might even be prepared by Jiangnan Hui chefs, and the taste is consistently good). Not to mention facilities like the laundry room and gym. It's the thoughtful and attentive services, like a bottle of water, a bowl of congee, or afternoon tea, that truly show they anticipate guests' needs. This hotel is trustworthy and highly recommended.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The copper pot milk tea for breakfast was very authentic and there were many varieties. Drinking a bowl of milk tea and eating a bowl of ramen was very filling. Hahahahaha. Xiaona and Xiaoyuan at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. Because I didn't know what to eat in Alashan, they took out a small map for me to navigate. They were really enthusiastic! And when I asked about the local specialties, they gave me an agate bracelet! The stay experience can be said to be quite good!

This hotel is excellent ,I can't find any flaws. So far, it's been the best stay I've had. The room was clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was a delightful .I especially loved the design of the separate toilet and basin, which meant I didn’t have to wait for someone else to finish. I’ll definitely return to Atour Hotel for my next trip .

When you see any staff of the hotel, they greet you with a smile and polite greetings. The overall quality of the hotel can be seen from the small details, which is great👍🏻 Underground warm storage (special garage for cold areas): This underground garage deserves praise. There is no frost on the front car glass in the morning, which is very convenient. The main reason is that Hailar is too cold.

Environment: The location is incredibly convenient, just a few hundred steps west of the Tongliao Station exit. Service: Absolutely outstanding! I rarely experience such excellent service in hotels below five stars in Northeast China. A butler contacted us in advance, and they truly went above and beyond to meet every single request. A special thanks to our butler, Mianmian, for helping our family. Since we had a child, she helped us switch to a non-smoking room, stored our frozen items, and even gave us free breakfast. She truly went above and beyond. An excellent hotel! I recommend it ten thousand stars.

[The staff's amazing service] Arrived at Manzhouli Airport after 9am For some reason the internet was slow and I couldn't use DIDI! I negotiated with the taxi driver and got a ride to the hotel for 150 yuan, which is 5 times the normal price Every time I go to a new place, I always get a first taste of being ripped off I was depressed and decided to leave my luggage at the hotel, but they were able to check in from 9:30am There were still people eating breakfast! [Thank you so much] My inner voice They said they were going to do the cleaning, so I waited 5 minutes and let them into my room! That was amazing service!
