The bedding in the room was spotless, and the lobby was very pleasant. Manager Ann at check-in gave us a welcome fruit plate, and she readily agreed to a late check-out. The hotel's facilities and equipment are excellent, and the furniture in the room has a nice feel to it. Compared to the trendy business express hotels nowadays, these older five-star hotels still have more character. The only slight drawback is the lack of a laundry room, which is a bit inconvenient, but everything else was very satisfying.
