Stayed here with my family this time, we booked 4 rooms. Upon arrival at 3:30 PM, only 3 rooms were ready, and we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the last one. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. After checking in, we noticed a small area on the floor that wasn't perfectly clean, but the cleaning lady promptly took care of it, which was commendable. The location is excellent, with a mall, supermarket, and metro station nearby. Overall, my family was very satisfied with this stay.

Berstden Cinema Apartment is truly excellent. The location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian food street, Qinghui Garden, and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, with new bedding and a large projection TV, making for a very comfortable stay. Unlike a traditional hotel, it's well-equipped with facilities like a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and both hot and cold air conditioning. The staff were very warm, attentive, and efficient. Any requests were handled immediately. The experience was fantastic. Highly recommended. I'll definitely come again.

This hotel is my top choice for business trips, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations! Though it opened two years ago, the facilities are impeccably maintained. The lobby is spacious and grand, making it a very presentable place to wait or conduct discussions. The guest rooms are generously sized and don't feel cramped, featuring a full suite of smart control devices, so you can manage lights and curtains from the comfort of your bed. The high-floor view rooms offer a stunning panorama of Shunde Peak, which is perfect for unwinding after a long work day. The location is a huge plus: close to the subway and highway, and equipped with charging stations, making commutes and client pickups very convenient. The hotel also boasts professional meeting rooms, ensuring a respectable and hassle-free experience for conferences and client receptions. The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of dishes, and the hotel has its own dining options, so there's no need to venture out for meals. The surrounding area is well-appointed, with Sam's Club and a pedestrian street within walking distance. In your free time, you can take a stroll around Shunde Peak, and various popular photo spots are just a short drive away. This hotel truly provides a one-stop solution for business, accommodation, and meetings. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next business trip.

The room isn't big, and the bathroom is even smaller, especially the space around the shower – it's hard for one person to even turn around. As for the details, well, just look at the pictures! A friendly heads-up: this hotel doesn't have an 'executive floor' as advertised! It claimed to have an executive twin room with two 1.5-meter beds, which is completely false! The beds are at most 1.4 meters, barely big enough for one adult and one child to squeeze in. Very important tip! Do NOT stay in room 1828! You'll be so bothered by noise that you won't be able to sleep at all! Seriously, you won't get any sleep all night! Even if you requested a quiet room before checking in, you might still end up in a room like 1828, where the freight elevator noise will keep you up all night! The only reason I'm not giving a bad review is because of their service attitude and their willingness to resolve issues! However, I had to be honest about the room's actual condition to prevent others from making the same mistake! Plus, there's a strong smell from the recent renovation in the room! I'd recommend looking at other options.

My trip to the mainland was going smoothly until I arrived at the hotel to check in. When I went to get my ID, I realized I had left my luggage on the high-speed train. All my documents and my iPad were in that bag, and I suddenly had no idea what to do. In a panic, I turned to the front desk staff, Qingjue and Wenjie, for help. Both of them were incredibly enthusiastic. After hearing my situation, they immediately contacted the high-speed train station on my behalf and specifically retrieved my luggage. Their efficiency and effectiveness were remarkable. I'm so grateful for their help in resolving this difficult situation. It truly showed me the genuine sincerity and kindness of the people on the mainland, and I was deeply touched. The next time I visit the mainland, I will definitely choose Atour Hotel again.

I chose the newly opened Baxi Hotel for my business trip to Shunde this year. As a long-time Ctrip user, my stay at Baxi far exceeded my expectations, so I decided to write a review for everyone's reference. On the day of arrival, the front desk staff helped me retrieve my luggage from the car right at the entrance. Check-in was very quick, and they proactively informed me about the dedicated elevator, breakfast times, and parking location. My first impression upon entering the room was how clean and comfortable it was. There was also a faint, pleasant scent in the room. The bedding was fluffy and soft, and the mattress was just right in terms of firmness (I specifically checked, and it was a branded deep-sleep mattress), so even those with back issues would sleep well. After a busy day, lying down felt completely relaxing. The room's soundproofing was excellent; I noticed they had added soundproofing strips, so I could barely hear any noise from the corridor or adjacent rooms, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. I especially want to commend the water pressure at this hotel. The hot water flow was strong and consistent in temperature. The rain showerhead felt like a massage on my body while showering, and the Laifen hairdryer was so comfortable to use that it's now on my wishlist! The river view room offered expansive views from the window, high up, overlooking the Desheng River. The next morning, I enjoyed breakfast. The variety was extensive, with hot dishes, pastries, coffee, and fruit all well-stocked, and the taste was definitely on point. Midway through, I requested an extra set of toiletries, and the butler delivered them very quickly after I called the front desk – very responsive. I must mention the unique features of this hotel that set it apart from others. Besides a hidden gem Zen cultural hall, there's also a tea culture hall. The highly-rated Dejingxuan restaurant, a 'must-eat' spot, is on the fourth floor, offering river views and delicious food, all just an elevator ride away for relaxation. To the left of the hotel entrance is the popular Fisherman's Wharf. This saved me time on planning and travel, which was perfect for someone with a tight schedule like me. Overall, the service, hardware, amenities, and cleanliness perfectly matched the price. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend it to all my friends!

Check-in and check-out were super efficient, and she was always quick to respond to any requests and resolve them perfectly. Aside from the facilities and decor being a bit dated, I honestly can't fault anything else. The service was genuinely excellent and heartfelt, not at all fake. Liz at the front desk was so thoughtful; she upgraded our room and gave us great recommendations for local food and attractions. Every service, from room service to the pool and restaurant, was superb. Even though the facilities are older, they're perfectly functional. The location is also fantastic, and the view from the window is lovely.
