The service was excellent, and with a mall and food street right downstairs, it was super convenient for dining and shopping. It's also a great hotel to just relax in on a rainy day. The hotel was quite full during the May Day holiday. The lobby has a co-working area with public computers and some books, though the selection was pretty limited. Breakfast offered a good variety, and 9 AM was peak time, but the 'cheong fun' (rice noodle rolls) weren't very authentic. Overall, my stay was quite comfortable. They might consider a fresher scent for the perfume though. Going cycling at the nearby National Wetland Park is a good outdoor recommendation.

I've been staying at this hotel since it first opened, and after a hiatus during the pandemic, it's now reopened with renovations. It still maintains its overall high-end hotel hardware, but the room amenities are more modern and high-tech. Coinciding with its role in hosting the Paralympic Games, the hotel's management and service were exceptionally well-executed.

The hotel, part of the Huazhu Hotels Group, is newly opened and very clean, with a soft and comfortable design. The breakfast buffet was included in the stay; while the selection wasn't extensive, it was sufficient. Special praise goes to the restaurant staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness; they immediately replaced any food that had cooled down. When my friend wanted to get a boiled egg for her daughter but they were out, a waiter promptly notified the kitchen to make one and informed my friend as soon as it was ready, demonstrating their attentiveness to guests' needs. The only drawback was that the front desk staff seemed undertrained. As a member, I requested a delayed check-out time from noon to 2 PM to accommodate my travel itinerary. However, when we returned to our room at 1 PM, we discovered our room key had expired after midnight. We went to the front desk for help, but they seemed unfamiliar with the system. They fiddled with my key for a while and said they were working, but I couldn't open the door when I went back to the room. So I had to go back to the front desk again. This time, instead of fixing the key, they simply asked another staff member to help me open the door. In my opinion, this is rather unreasonable, because we might still need to enter and exit the room. Are we really going to have to ask the staff to open the door every time? I've had similar experiences at other Huazhu Hotels where I needed to reset my room key for late check-out, and it always went smoothly. I'm a little confused about whether this time it's because the system can't change the room key's time setting or if there's some other reason. Since my friends and I don't want to run around dealing with the room key again, I haven't investigated it immediately. However, I still hope the hotel will follow up on this to prevent similar situations from happening again.

Excellent! The hotel is great in both environment and service. The rooms are clean and tidy, and fully equipped. The staff are warm and attentive, and the room arrangement was very appropriate. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures are very thorough; the elevators are all controlled, which makes me feel safe and secure.

Located right in Sanshui Plaza, the location is very easy to find. The receptionist noticed I had a child with me and upgraded me to a 2.2-meter super king-size bed room, which was very thoughtful. Three of us could sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The location is extremely convenient; I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

This hotel is nestled within a forest park, boasting a beautiful environment. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service is excellent. They also have hot springs and multiple swimming pools, making it perfect for families with kids. It offers great value for money, and I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

Originally, I came out to stay at the hotel on the weekend to escape the dormitory and sleep well. The other hotel rooms at the same price that I booked before were loft renovation rooms. The sound insulation was very poor and I didn't sleep well for two days. This time I wanted to gamble and try it. It completely exceeded my expectations. The decoration was very warm. I was soundproofed on the upper floors. It was a level that could make me sleep at ease. The safety measures were also very good. The safety chain and door lock plus room card made me live alone. It was also very safe. The front desk was very good and the reply was fast. It is handled well, except that the bathroom is easy to accumulate water (but it is not very affected). It has been open for two years and some facilities are worn and normal. All in all, it is the degree of returning next time. The kitten is really cute. 😽

Right as I entered the lobby, I heard Mingzhu and Xiaobei cheerfully greet me with, ”Hello, and welcome to Yishang!” The breakfast buffet had a great variety, but the real showstopper was the authentic Cantonese wonton noodles. The broth was incredibly flavorful, and the wontons were generously filled – every bite was delicious. I also tried their laundry and return service during my stay; my clothes came back clean, neatly folded, and super-efficiently. Highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center; there is a parking lot in front, shared with multiple businesses, so parking may be difficult if you arrive late; the rooms are spacious, and the bedding is clean, hygienic, and odor-free; the washbasin, toilet, and bathroom are separated, ensuring a dry and wet environment; the environment is quiet, the air conditioning in the room is very quiet, and the soundproofing is good, making for a comfortable stay; the breakfast is varied and delicious; the staff are very polite, greeting everyone and demonstrating good manners.
