I always stay here, but honestly, the hotel not having a laundry room is a major drawback. It forced me to switch hotels on my last day because all my clothes were dirty. I'm not talking about laundry service; with the rain, nothing would dry. I ended up staying at Atour on my last night. The breakfast was fantastic, definitely worth a shout-out. I didn't take any photos, so I used other pictures.

Overall is quite good , clean and nice just the double bed is abit small for 2person to sleep in a bed as we are 3 adults . The laundry is also good (self service). Breakfast are quite healthy too

High CP value, convenient to take a taxi to Xiqiao Mountain, good sanitary environment 1. **Convenience**: Provide accommodation, catering and other services for the convenience of travelers. 2. **Comfort**: Provide a clean and comfortable environment for rest and relaxation. 3. **Complete facilities**: Usually equipped with gymnasium, swimming pool, conference room and other facilities to meet different needs. 4. **Security**: Most hotels offer security measures such as 24-hour surveillance and front desk services. 5. **Social opportunities**: You can meet travelers or business people from different places. 6. **Professional Service**: Hotel staff are usually professionally trained and able to provide high-quality customer service. 7. **Good location**: Many hotels are located near transportation or tourist attractions, making them easy to access.

This is essentially a quick hotel for a small business, and the value for money is just average. There's no coffee for breakfast, only instant packets (and this was a paid breakfast!). The main issue was the poor ventilation in the bathroom; there was a noticeable sewer smell all night. Even after flushing around the toilet with the showerhead two or three times, the smell persisted.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations; the service was exceptionally attentive. After placing the order, the merchant proactively contacted me to confirm my arrival time, patiently waiting for me no matter how late it was. They helped with my luggage throughout, provided detailed explanations, and responded promptly to my needs, making me feel very at ease. Even more commendable was the owner's willingness to accept suggestions and continuously improve their service; their attitude was incredibly sincere. I chose this place because I was participating in a nearby event, initially attracted by the photos of the environment. Arriving at the hotel was a delightful surprise – the photos didn't live up to the expectations. The decor was thoughtful, the materials were high-quality, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the overall comfort was excellent. Breakfast and lunch were also very good. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended!

The hotel is very new, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The front desk staff are welcoming, and parking is free. It's also very close to the Guangdong Romance Park scenic area. During our stay, soft drinks were complimentary, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! They had dim sum like shrimp dumplings, phoenix claws, spare ribs, and even beef tripe... It was a full Cantonese breakfast spread, and everything tasted super fresh – even five-star hotels rarely offer such a selection. We stayed for three nights and were extremely satisfied.

Fantastic option and will be returning for sure. The hotel decor was tasteful, the room was large and comfortable. Well-placed with many food options nearby and also near the amazing xiqiao mountain. When I requested to be placed away from the elevator, the staff upgraded my room at no cost. Staff were also very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The room was incredibly spacious, and our family room came with two beds and separate vanity areas, which was really convenient for privacy. The facilities are very new, and the hotel has a lovely, fresh tea scent throughout. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, definitely on par with a 4-star hotel or higher.

Choosing Xinsu Hotel within the Xiqiao Mountain scenic area was truly a brilliant decision! First off, being able to drive your car right into the scenic area makes exploring Xiqiao Mountain incredibly flexible, easy, and in-depth. Secondly, even though the hotel is nestled in the mountains, its facilities are complete and very clean. Both dinner and breakfast here were excellent, with delicious food. Thirdly, the hotel's service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They communicated with us about mountain entry logistics and dietary preferences well in advance. Finally, what touched me the most was the hotel's prompt and responsible handling of an unexpected situation. When my child suddenly started vomiting in the middle of the night, the staff immediately checked on their condition and offered to help contact a hospital. As my child was vomiting severely, hotel staff drove us through the scenic area's emergency access road to the hospital, staying with us the entire time to assist with registration and getting the results. A huge thank you to the night-shift staff member, Miss Liu (who drove us back and forth, not getting back to the hotel until after 3 AM, and who we later learned had her own child hospitalized), and to the duty manager, Manager Yan. Upon learning of the situation, he actively communicated with us, met us at the hospital, and accompanied us throughout. Not only did he help solve the problem, but he also provided emotional support and reassurance. Other hotel staff were also very warm; they proactively asked about my child's condition the next day. Thank you all so much; this experience guarantees that the next time I visit Foshan, I'll return to Xiqiao Mountain and stay at Xinsu again!
