This hotel has excellent service. When checking in with my child, they proactively asked if we needed a toothbrush and slippers for kids, which was very thoughtful. I asked where I could find furniture, and the front desk staff even took me to the stairwell to show me a map of the furniture market. The Louvre (referring to a furniture mall, likely) is right opposite the hotel, about a 10-minute walk away. The room is well-equipped; the hairdryer is powerful, and bottled water is provided for free. There are disposable toilet seat covers, and the lobby on the first floor even has a 'treasure box' with daily fresh, warm herbal tea, small cookies, and freshly ground coffee. Everyone was very welcoming, and the hygiene was excellent. The hotel has staff on duty 24/7. It's located in the second row of Huangchao, not directly on the main road, so it's quite quiet and comfortable. Right outside the main entrance is the Huangchao Furniture City. My only regret was not choosing a breakfast-inclusive rate. I bought breakfast at the restaurant, and the variety was extensive and delicious. I definitely picked the right hotel; it saved a lot of time and effort.

When checking in, Ms. Liao and Ms. Liang at the front desk were very quick and polite. When I had questions, Ms. Ye at the front desk also answered them patiently. The room was clean and tidy, and there's a swimming pool on the fifth floor. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Tianyou City Mall for shopping. There are also many cafes around the hotel downstairs. I'd also like to thank Ms. Feng from sales for recommending the street across the road with late-night pork offal congee, BBQ, and desserts. There's a Starbucks in the hotel lobby, and I even got some discount coupons during my stay. There's also an Indian restaurant, which would be perfect for entertaining foreign guests. The famous Louvre Museum is just a 6-minute drive away. I ordered some double-skin milk as takeout, and a robot delivered it to my room, which was super cool. The service was excellent, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was quite satisfied. There's a garden restaurant on the fourth floor, which is very convenient for dining and has a lovely ambiance. They also offer free laundry service. In the lobby, there's a tea station where you can brew and enjoy tea. The staff were very warm and helpful, providing me with a lot of assistance. The room environment was excellent, and I had a very quiet sleep. There are also dedicated parking spaces right at the entrance, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel is right next to a furniture mall, so it's very convenient if you're here to buy furniture.

The location of the Hotel pretty close to the Market and have a plenty of Indian and Arabic restaurants, But there is no convenience store or coffee shops only you have to order by online. Room is pretty clean, as per the specifications zero pressure bed it’s so comfortable sleep , room is average really old , they provide toiletries, They have a Breakfast but I didn’t opt for it so I don’t have any comments on it, massage on the 4th floor is good, Gym is quite big and it’s good Overall I am pretty satisfied

This hotel is very clean, the area here is somewhat convenient to shopping mall but have to walk about 15 minutes, besides this there are some eateries opposite the hotel and all within 5 minutes walk depending on what type of food you want. Basically is fine with me

The hotel is located at the new town of Sunde, very quiet and peaceful, near to a shopping mall and metro station. The hotel is very new. The hotel staff was warm and professional. The breakfast was of good variety and was much better than the highly rated Hampton Hotel I stayed later at Shenzhen Nanshan Science Centre. The room was spacious for my family of 3. Value for money hotel, highly recommended for first time travellers to Sunde.

Took my child to Shunde for a food-seeking trip during the summer holiday, and our stay at the Joyous Gate Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool and refreshed in the hot weather. The facilities are well-maintained and feel brand new, and they provide a full range of toiletries. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always quick to respond to any issues. Plus, there's a shopping area right downstairs, making it super convenient for everything you need—food, clothes, and transport. It offers great value for money. Highly recommend this place for families traveling with kids during the summer!

We brought our daughter and a friend to the Sofitel Louvre for a weekend getaway. The hotel's decor is luxurious and elegant, with a strong French ambiance. Every detail is exquisite and captivating, making it perfect for photos. The 11th-floor Le Bar offers stunning views, with expansive high-altitude scenery. Although the outdoor lawn is for viewing only and not for recreation, it's a very pleasant spot to relax and chat. The staff at Le Bar were gentle, attentive, and responded promptly, treating guests with humility and politeness. The concierge and front desk team were professional and efficient, handling check-ins, luggage storage, and route inquiries with patience and meticulousness, always proactively helping to coordinate any requests. I also managed to experience the hotel's SPA; the environment was quiet and elegant, and the therapist's techniques were professional and soothing, relieving days of fatigue. The experience was excellent. I'd particularly like to commend Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, proactively introducing the hotel's amenities and kindly recommending areas suitable for family relaxation. Her communication was both gentle and professional. Our room was clean and tidy, and the swimming pool, fitness center, and other facilities were all excellent. From the hardware facilities to the service from every staff member, everything was impeccable. It's a perfect choice for families traveling together. Our stay this time was a perfect 10, and it's definitely worth revisiting.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly helpful. She assisted me with my membership and even upgraded my room. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the furniture mall, and the driver was wonderful. He was very patient while waiting for me and even gave me advice on where to find the specific furniture I was looking for, saving me a lot of hassle! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting; it offers excellent value for money!

Our stay was a wonderful surprise! The breakfast was fantastic, a great mix of Chinese and Western options. The restaurant had a steaming station with dim sum like siu mai, char siu bao, and custard buns, all readily available. There were also wraps and a wide variety of dishes, plus a delicious cream of mushroom soup and crispy, tasty croissants. The service was excellent, and our room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant itself was also very impressive.
