I chose this hotel by chance. Although it's not big and not in the bustling city center, the transportation is convenient and the service is excellent! The owners, a husband and wife with a lovely baby, run a cafe and guesthouse. The moment you enter, you're greeted by an artistic atmosphere and a warm, welcoming feeling. Their service is outstanding, and it's great value for money. I'll definitely come back next time!

I have been traveling through China for four months staying on average three nights in hotels.
I stumbled upon this little gem and booked it for one month.
The three ladies running the establishment treat you like family. You could not ask for more personal yet professional service
I stayed in three different rooms and they are all extremely clean and well appointed.
Located in the historic little town, the hotel is perfectly located on one of the canals
Steps away from the busy little market streets, it is wonderfully quiet and peaceful even when the tourists arrive mostly on weekends. At night, the town folds up and goes to sleep.
There are many restaurants in the village, with basic foods and necessities available at the little food store and stalls. The gym, shopping centers, and malls are an 8 to 10 minute drive away

Guest UserBasically, everything is alright except that none of the staff noticed it was my birthday on the booking date, and there was no surprise or simple greeting in the room. This is the 3rd time I've chosen the Wyndham Garden Hotel Fosan Jianshazhou to spend my birthday.

Guest UserXanaDeluxe Hotel Foshan Danzao — A Genuinely Great Stay with One Notable Flaw
As someone who spent most of their trip based at the hotel, I can give a pretty thorough take on what it’s actually like to live in this place for a few days.
First impressions The lobby sets the tone immediately. It’s clean, well-presented and the staff are genuinely professional. As an English speaker with only basic Mandarin, I was a little nervous about communication, but the front desk team went above and beyond with translation and made me feel completely at ease. That kind of hospitality is hard to fake.
The Room My room was impressively clean overall. The only thing I’d flag is the carpet, which felt like it could use a deeper steam clean. Nothing alarming, and perfectly fine with slippers, but worth mentioning. The air conditioning though? Absolutely elite. Strong, reliable and a lifesaver.
Facilities The fifth floor amenities are a real highlight. The gym has brand new equipment, fresh towels and complimentary water ready to go. I spent some solid time on the cardio machines and had zero complaints. The laundry room is also genuinely impressive — four washers, four dryers, plenty of seating, steamers and a dedicated ironing area. Very thoughtfully set up.
Food The hotel has several dining options on-site. I tried the dim sum and it was solid. Good variety, good quality and a nice atmosphere.
The One Thing That Needs Work Wi-Fi. For younger travellers especially, reliable internet is non-negotiable. Whether it was for remote work or just streaming, the speeds were consistently disappointing. Upload and download were both underwhelming. My cellular signal wasn’t great either, but I’d expect the hotel Wi-Fi to compensate for that, not add to the frustration.
Final Verdict This is a hotel that genuinely nails the hospitality side of things. It’s clean, the staff are warm and professional, and the facilities are well above average. Sort out the Wi-Fi and this is easily a five-star experience across the board. I’d absolutely come back next time I’m in Danzao.

FenxiangleThe room is a little yellow duck theme room, very cute, bedding and toiletries are all little yellow duck ~ The scenery outside the terrace is nice, you can see the mountains in the distance and the lake nearby. The room has a bathtub, and the terrace also has a balcony table and chairs. The service staff and cleaning staff are very polite. For dinner, just eat in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Shunde tastes good, and you can use vouchers during the Qingming Festival. Breakfast options are all OK, and you can eat quite full. It's about 20 minutes from Yingxiang Ecological Park, and the road conditions are OK. I ordered takeout to the hotel and picked it up at a designated point on the first floor, which is quite convenient.

Lovely place we stayed in the Royal suite with lovely views and private unlimited access to the Hot spring.
The staff were excellent and friendly, the breakfast was lovely and cooked to order.
The reception staff helped us several times with recommending a restaurant having us dropped off and picked us up using their electric onsite bus.
They also provided extra fresh fruit when we asked, which was lovely and sweet.
I can't fault this hotel and the staff, I will definitely return in the future.
Thanks.

The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Although quiet, the convenience of having a mall right next to the hotel, offers plenty of shopping and dining options.
The staff provided friendly and attentive service, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were top-notch.
A choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

CoCoLin178It's a little over 170 yuan a night, located right inside the scenic area. The room is quite spacious, with a washing machine and a balcony, making it ideal for family trips and offering good value for money. There are Cantonese and Lanzhou noodle restaurants downstairs, but the food is just average and a bit pricey.

A truly excellent hotel! I personally love this kind of traditional, grand hotel. The rooms are spacious, the separate wet and dry areas are very practical, the shower rope is also very useful, and there are plenty of clothes hangers, which is very convenient. The koi in the small pond are so cute; watching them swim enthusiastically towards you is very therapeutic. Having a balcony is very comfortable; I really cherish rooms with balconies. There's parking available, a bus stop nearby, and Taoyuan Pavilion, Xinyuan Pavilion, and Fudu Restaurant are all nearby. There's also a road leading directly to Xiqiao Mountain. In short, perfect! One hundred points!
