Service: I have stayed in many hotels on business trips. This one is also considered to be a poor handling of the sudden situation. I have opened a chain hotel for a small half year. I have no basic service awareness. Because I am on a business trip, I need to have a comfortable rest environment. Before booking, I will specially note: a quiet room is needed. When I checked in for lunch break, I heard the chatting sound and the loud TV sound next door. I didn’t care too much at that time. When I was going to bed at 10 o’clock in the evening, I heard the loud vibration of the room. I thought it was the sound of watching TV next door. I found that there was a KTV behind the window. Very strong rhythm, contact the front desk as soon as possible, the other party said to negotiate with KTV first, see if the volume can be reduced, and arrange for the staff to come up to confirm whether there is really this sound before changing the room, and I am a woman when I call the front desk. As a result, there was no first time to arrange a female room staff, but a male security guard to solve the problem. Such a big hotel, there is no room staff? Can security do the work of the room? The security guard said that he was not satisfied that the room could be replaced. If we wanted to change it, we would immediately collect things to go to the new room (although the tone was friendly, but it was very uncomfortable). The front desk staff asked him to wait for us to complete the room change and get back the old room card before leaving. The whole operation was very speechless. In the end, he repeatedly asked him to go downstairs and give us some time to pack our luggage. After changing the room, we will pick up the original room card. Changed the room opposite the same apartment type. The new room was very quiet except that the hotel light belt outside the window was broken and flashed all night. The road below is also the hotel's internal parking passage, so I don't understand why there is a quiet room that is not arranged for the first time, but arranged a KTV room at night. I really don't understand it. There is no hotel staff to apologize for this matter until 8 am. It was more than two o'clock in the afternoon that I called and said that I could upgrade when I lived in the future. I thought about solving it when I left. It was really bad.

It makes people feel at home, especially the proprietress is very talkative. When I parted, I recommended a good place for food and left a good memory. This homestay will definitely come back and continue to punch in. Good places to come often. Thank you for all the encounters.

The front desk service was friendly and efficient; they not only processed our check-in quickly but also provided detailed information on local eateries and helpful tips for navigating the area and avoiding common pitfalls. The room was clean and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable, melting away the day's fatigue the moment I lay down. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was superb, and the toiletries had a subtle, refreshing scent, making them very pleasant to use. What was even more delightful was that staff promptly replenished bottled water and toiletries every day – the attention to detail was exceptional. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a wide variety of hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit, all with an authentic, delicious taste. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Whether it is the front desk manager or the cleaning staff, they are very nice to you and will take the initiative to ask if you need help. Changing rooms, delivering tea sets, and delivering water will be done for you immediately! A little regret is that there are too many people having breakfast on May Day, and there is not enough food.

Environment: Comfortable and quiet environment with a very high-end view. The bathroom also features a separate wet and dry area.
Location: Approximately 1.5 hours from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport by shuttle bus to Foshan Xiqiao Mountain. From Foshan West Railway Station, take bus 249 to Fangzhicheng stop, and walk for 7 minutes to reach the hotel. Very convenient and quick. Surrounded by large shopping malls, restaurants, and convenience stores.
Service: Warm and attentive service.
Check-out time is 2 PM.

TTlheksLocated close enough to the main attraction in. Foshan city, it was a convenient place to rest our heads. The parking was interesting but also time consuming because you have to wait for your car to be brought down from a maze. The location was not so good either because we couldn’t open our curtains due to the neighbours peering in from their houses. And honestly speaking, their houses were not nice to look at. It’s literally for sleeping, however, their doors are not sound proof so you hear the people in the passage walking or running or talking. .

GGuest UserI’m so happy to visit Echarm hotel again as it’s my favourite hotel in this area especially it’s my Dad’s Birth Place. It’s as good, friendly & well though through with all the free amenities, super friendly staffs, calm & tasty deco & nice scenery when I open the window in the morning seeing the lovely sunshine & the wonderful Hill scenery across. And the extra choice of neck friendly pillows are the most welcome surprise to give me a restful sleep. Can’t fault it again

11372800****The resort itself is quite unique; the rooms, food, and architecture are all excellent. The surrounding environment is lovely. Although it's near Guanyin, it's very quiet. There are plenty of places to explore during the day, so you'll never be bored—it's suitable for all seasons. In the evening, you can head to the Baofeng Temple observation deck to enjoy the night view; many people also hike there at night. There are also many dining options on the mountain.

KkylierobbenBeautiful villa with great outdoor swimming area for toddlers and bigger kids/adults. Villa was clean and has all basic necessities like towels, some basic kitchen items , toothbrushes , hair dryer, WASHING MACHINE etc. As well as very comfortable sofa . There is also KTV. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely coming again. For foreign friends, I would suggest bringing coffee mugs and utensils as there are only chop sticks. The only slight downfall to note is the stone walkway in the garden is highly slippery when wet and very sharp a little dangerous for small kids and the swings are old and not safe . The baby pool to the side is not usable and the hot tub doesn't work but still worth the price . The Waterpark alone was amazing my children loved it ❤️ 💙 ♥️ I will definitely visit again.

ZZhuzidanA truly excellent hotel! I personally love this kind of traditional, grand hotel. The rooms are spacious, the separate wet and dry areas are very practical, the shower rope is also very useful, and there are plenty of clothes hangers, which is very convenient. The koi in the small pond are so cute; watching them swim enthusiastically towards you is very therapeutic. Having a balcony is very comfortable; I really cherish rooms with balconies. There's parking available, a bus stop nearby, and Taoyuan Pavilion, Xinyuan Pavilion, and Fudu Restaurant are all nearby. There's also a road leading directly to Xiqiao Mountain. In short, perfect! One hundred points!
