Excellent service from the staff especially a lady who said her work number was 002. She was very friendly, welcoming and made my children feel very welcome. She answered all questions clearly and professionally. The rooms definitely need a deep clean - the carpet is not clean and the toothbrush holder had dirty white water inside. Everything else was of good quality

Hotel is easy to get to from airport via Subway and taxi. Subway is only one stop, than taxi for the remaining 3kms. This place is perfect for a quick stopover. Be aware, although the listing states there is a guest laundry, there is in fact no laundry facilities. Check in was easy, staff knew little English but were prepared with translator apps and wechat. I needed some documents printed, and the staff were extreamly helpful and printed them out quickly. Will stay again for a stopover during my travels.

Room is okay, couldn’t ask for too much for this price. There’s basic amenities provided, and transport to the airport every 30 mins (if i’m not mistaken).

The environment is good and the staff there are helpful.

The location to the airport is close. The staff are friendly, they don't speak English, but they use electronic translators and that's enough. The room was clean, but in some places the walls were peeling, most likely due to moisture. One of the towels was torn, the others looked clean but old .The proximity of the elevator and flying planes overhead worsened the quality of sleep. Overall, the hotel meets its price point.

Can’t complain. Worths its price. For one night layover it’s a good place to stay for its proximity to the airport.

The airport is located in close proximity. Though they don't speak English, the personnel is kind and makes adequate use of electronic translators. Although the room was tidy, there were several areas where the walls were flaking, perhaps from dampness. While the other towels were clean but aged, one was damaged. The elevator next door and the above jets made it harder to get a good night's sleep. The hotel is generally within its pricing range.

So close to the airport …. Great service and shuttle service is very convenient for layovers or early morning flights

The place is old and.very much due for renovation. The location is fine, just some Kms away from airport. The carpets in the room required a deep cleaning or needs to be changed. Couldn’t bare the smell. Linens were good, amenities were fine, reception and staff were responsive and they helped me change the room.

Great experience, quiet place. Very close to the airport and they provide airport drop off service.

Love how clean it is and it is very near to the airport... Also have great service and desk ladies are very friendly and welcoming.
