100% recommend! This hotel has the best service I have ever experienced. The staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is wonderful, right next to the beautiful West lake and close to other attractions such as Lingyin temple or the Longjing tea plantations. The breakfast is large and has many things, they also offered us a western alternative but we liked the Chinese breakfast. The hotel itself is very cute while also modern. The room was super spacious and comfortable. There were lots of little details that made the difference like snacks in the room, water bottles and mosquito repellent every time we left the room. Everything was super clean.

Customer service is awesome. As we are not in time for breakfast after our check out, receptionist at the lobby provided us with bread, cake and milk to bring along for our journey before we left for the pick up arrived. Great daily breakfast. Comfortable bed and quiet surrounding during the night allows us to re-charge after the long walk each day. Taxi pick up is just outside the estate. Many places of interest are just within walking distance. This accommodation is highly recommended.

Good location beside west lake. Quiet and nice little hotel.

The room is beautiful! There are only two things we did not like. There is no door between the toilet and the rest of the room, which is a stinking thing once in a while. The other thing that was not great was the breakfast. The room itself is great, the furniture is comfi, the bathtub is fantastic and the balcony is a great place to read.

Taking advantage of the free time and good weather, I drove to Hangzhou Yanggong Dike and checked into Weiyuan Hotel. The hotel has complete facilities, complete room supplies, good hygiene, very clean, and the front desk service is also very enthusiastic. The scenery of Yangjiabu, Turtle Pond, and Yuhu Bay near the hotel is very beautiful and very close.

The proprietress is very welcoming and the room layout is reasonable. I always entered the West Lake from the city before, but this time I visited the West Lake from a different angle. I felt that the ten-mile Langyao, the nine streams and eighteen streams, and the bamboo forest had a unique charm. The proprietress also gave me local specialties before leaving. This homestay is highly recommended. The location is actually not bad. There is a bus stop right outside the door, which is much more convenient than taking a taxi.

The hotel is small, beautiful and exquisite, with a good location. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Huagang Fish Viewing Park and it is not far to Su Causeway by bike. There are Turtle Pond and Yuhu Bay nearby, with beautiful scenery. The bus can go to Lingyin Temple, Yunqi Bamboo Path, and Meiwu Mountain, which is suitable for friends who visit the west line of West Lake. The hotel lady is very considerate and prepared mosquito repellent. If there is anything, she will help solve it in a timely manner.

The B&B is located in the scenic area, and it is convenient to go to surrounding attractions, such as Yuhu Bay, Turtle Lake, Prince Bay, Yanggong Dike, Leifeng Pagoda and Su Causeway. The room is clean and comfortable

Weiyuan Hotel is a homestay located in Santai Yunshe on the west side of West Lake, close to Santai Pavilion, Yu Gong Temple, Gaoli Temple, etc. It is very convenient and quiet. It is not crowded even on holidays. There are many restaurants around and many taxis passing by. There is also a bus stop outside. The twin room I chose has a good layout and the staff is very enthusiastic. The overall feeling is really good.
