Our hotel is located on a hill in Higashiyama, surrounded by abundant nature and historical buildings.If you take the elevator from the front of the hotel to the 7th floor, there is a garden designated as a cultural asset of Kyoto at the foot of Mt. Kacho. Passing through the solid cedar gate, you'll find a peaceful space where you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You can enjoy the impressive "White Sand Garden" with its distinctive gourd and the "Kasui-en Garden" using natural rock formations, which captivate the hearts of visitors.The shuttle bus goes directly from Kyoto Station to the hotel. On the way from the hotel, it passes through downtown Kyoto, “Sanjo Keihan”, and Gion Shijo, arriving at Kyoto Station “Hachijo-exit” (Shinkansen side) in about 25 minutes. When you get off at Gion Shijo, you'll find "Minamiza Theater" right in front of you. Downtown Kyoto, “Shijo Kawaramachi”, is just across "Shijo Ohashi Bridge".Unexpected issue can happen while traveling, but we're glad it wasn't anything serious.We will continue to strive to improve our services to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. The shuttle bus goes directly from Kyoto Station to the hotel. The shuttle bus takes you to the Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station (Shinkansen side) via Sanjo Keihan and Gion-Shijo, Kyoto's downtown area, in about 25 minutes.Once you get off at Gion-Shijo, the Minami-za Theater is right in front of you.
