The NH is very well located to the suburb of Provincia, which is a lively upscale neighbourhood. We were here for business and being able to walk safely about the district at night to the many bars and restaurants to meet with clients was very convenient. The hotel is modern and the rooms are comfortable, but are not to the standard of a 5 star, or certainly what the international standard for that would mean .

The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great!
The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess.
The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways.
Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

Santiago (the guy in the front desk) was of tremendous assistance for planning the tours with the little time we had. The hotel was pleasant and clean. My only disappointment was that the bar was closed early and the pool closed at 6pm.

The hotel is a few steps from the Santa Fé Shopping Center and about 200 meters from the Oviedo Shopping Center. There are many restaurants nearby such as Andrés Carne de Res and others. The breakfast is very complete with all kinds of juices and fruits, and we also had dinner one night and the food was exquisite.
We didn't use the pool, because it was a bit cool, nor did we use the gym, which looked very complete.

Overall the experience was pleasant but one significant influence in my experience was the choice of mattress. I have always been a fan of stiff beds but they took it to a whole new level, I was like sleeping on the floor. The most uncomfortable bed in my life. For this reason I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a family group for breakfast & the eggs c as he 10 minutes late & cold. Staff had a take it or leave it approach :(

No complaints . Just wish the staff spoke English more . The ones that did made my life easier . Like basic English words. Hot tub was hot and nice . Room was good . All good location was good . Walked to the mall 2 minutes away . The party area 20 mins walk . Uber was 3$ but the walk was nice

The staff was outstanding! Hotel rooms very clean and room was made no matter what time of the day. Breakfast is very complete. The hours for the weekend are extended until 11:00 am and 12:00. Very satisfied!

NH Medellin is a good option in Medellin giving that the market doesn't offer really outstanding options. Comparable to multiple destination I gave the hotel an average rate.

honestly the room was not clean sheets had stains. toilet had stains. bed was super itschy. really disappointing. the food was fine the bell man super nice the room service delivery super nice. the woman at the gym terribly rude.

Our experience at this hotel was not the best. Both my husband and I love to travel, and part of that is finding a hotel with a comfortable bed to sleep on. The mattress is so stiff that the first night was absolutely horrible. In the morning we woke up and asked the receptionist to see if they had some kind of pillow top to make it more comfortable and they were super nice trying to accommodate our request. Even though they put a very thin mattress top we were extremely uncomfortable, to the point that every single night we tossed and turned. The hotel is in a great area but has no views of the mountains. The breakfast is included but it was ok overall. Parking is included as well. The staff was very friendly but we honestly wish we would’ve stayed somewhere else.
