Had an issue with a staff member invading my privacy whilst I was in bed. Hotel managers view is it perfectly normal and to expect ed. Slept with a chair behind the door. Regarding the hotel itself, the staff is very pleasant, really friendly. The service they give is excellent, always with a smile on their faces and very attentive. For example, the staff that made us breakfast, Mr. Juan Jose, made us feel at home. The front desk staff, the house keeping ..... you name it. In a few words, this hotel was the best option for us and the service was excellent."
