Hotel is new. Reception staff are really friendly. Check-in i process is quick and simple! Amenities can be collected at lobby, toothbrush are in the room. Location is great if you ware walking in the winter season. If pushing luggages, it can be far (10mins) especially in the hotter seasons. Surrounded by few restaurants and 2 kombinis. Great stay!

Clean and relatively new hotel. The room amenities and furnishing are excellent, with a very effective air conditioner and humidifier. The rooms themselves are above average in space (for Japan) and were comfortable to stay in. In terms of location, the hotel falls short. The nearest station is about 10 minutes walk away, and most shops or sites are about 15-20 minute walk away - this is not unreasonable but should be taken into consideration.

Nice clean hotel, rooms were spacious enough , bathrooms and linen were clean . A bit noisy in the corridors but rooms were pretty quiet . Breakfast was good too, nice salad buffet with decent options for drinks. Does not have a hot bath but in room bath tub is standard Japanese side and big enough . Recommended to stay if you are in the area

Had to stay overnight at the airport. I decided to indulge myself in a night of coziness and privacy. The hotel room exceeded my expectation. Very clean. The tub is nice. And its room design is perfect for business travelers. 5/5.

The cleanliness of the procedures was very good and the breakfast was also excellent. It was close to Nagoya Station, so the proximity was good, and the staff I think the friendly response was also good. Late check-in. It was a good deal, and although it was my first business trip to Nagoya, I think it was a convenient place to stay. I reserved a rental car and moved around. It was nice that there was a nearby parking building, and only hotel guests could use the nearby parking lot. Also, the breakfast was a relatively Japanese meal, but I think it suited my taste for work.
