long waiting time for elevator

This hotel is iffy. it's a marriott so i expected it to be a bit better. they only gave a microwave in the lobby. when we were there, I went downstairs to check in for our second night and there's cops questioning a man and a baby is screaming and crying. I booked it because it was close to my job but I wouldn't pay more than $60 a night here.

The service at the front desk is very good and warm, but the room is super small. If you don’t have breakfast, you have to queue up. Others are ok

The location is very good, close to Times Square, and there are many restaurants around. The bathroom is quite big.

The location is great for exploring Times Square and the city. And the breakfast is delicious! The staff are very friendly. Overall the hotel is in excellent condition.

Staff very friendly and attentive. I will recommend my family, friends. Also the fact they provide breakfast from 7-1100 am is excellent and the lady I believe her name is Theresa she greeted everyone with a big smile, friendly is the best service ever.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Only minor things to note: after my shower, water went around the toilet and sink to the door of the bathroom even after drawing the curtain so that there wouldn’t be any leaks. Also, one patch of the bedsheet was damp (but clean). Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Good location to go around the sights around NY. Breakfast was a good staple in the morning before heading out for the day.

Check in was excellent thanks to Gregory Peralta. Very helpful and nice about it. Our room on the 17th floor was very clean and nice. My only complaint was that the bed was much too firm for our poor backs and we didn't get much sleep and woke up hurting when we did sleep.

The service was very good and the front desk very helpful. The breakfast was great and the breakfast attendant Diomarys friendley and helpful.

Staying in this hotel was the best option. Staff super helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again here.
