Quite old facility, but okay for a short visit. Location is good and convenient

Hotel looks little old, but It was acceptable because the price was exceptionally cheap. I got the accomodation in this hotel with amazing price. I think this hotel is one of the best option if you wanna stay in Orlando

It's a five-star hotel. The environment and sanitation are super good. The overall service is also very good. The floor is not too high. Everything else is very good. The breakfast is also great. I will stay here next time.

The location of the hotel is very good, but the service attitude is average, the air conditioner in the room is very loud, and the sound insulation is not good! Breakfast is average.

Tried to update a Motel 6. This hotel is. Not worth $50 a night. Sheets are picked. Rooms smell like bad foot odor. Stay away.

The customer service in all areas of this hotel was amazing. Easy checkin and the food was wonderful!

The hotel does present itself well in different ways, however, for a 4-star hotel, or even at 3-star, the establishment feels rigid uptight, including the staff, and the food, including coffee, is overpriced. Also, it felt rushed to check out with how many people came knocking on the door well before 11am.

Great location for what we were there for. We have stayed at this hotel before and like it so that’s why we chose it again. We arrived the day of check in at 12:30 (check in is @3:00) and were told my reservation for a king room was ready, when I told them my reservation was for two queens, I was told that there wasn’t any ready to return back at 3:00 and he would correct it. When we returned for check in, I confirmed that I was getting the two gueens as per my reservation and was told again that they had me for one king and that there was no corrections made from my previous attempt. I offered to show my detailed reservation, but the girl said it wasn’t necessary and she corrected it and gave us a room towards the top. Other than that hiccup, everything was fine. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants and various entertainment spots.

No hot water. Leaking window. No fan control. Drains didn’t drain. Poor valet. Room service entered room unaannounced.

I liked that the hotel was close to the Hyatt and Orange County Convention Center. I was able to walk to these locations quickly. My room was updated, but it was very small. I was there by myself so it was ok, but I would not have found it comfortable if additional people were with me. The bathroom was especially cramped, and the flooring and shower walls were brown tile...not updated. At first the staff tried to assign me a "suite" which was an outdated room on the 2nd floor. It looked like it was from 1975...all brown. It had a murphy bed that was very low, three tables, and a teeny dark bathroom. It looked like something a group of guys would have used for poker night in 1975. I immediately walked back out and asked for a room reassignment. Staff members were nice, but it just has a big hotel feel. I would not choose to stay here again.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The Rosen was in a great location to all the attractions, and within walking distance to the convention center. The employees were helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property, clean and safe. Stayed on top floor and wish I didn’t have to leave. Great staff and conveniently located close to convention center saving me tons of walking for the event.
