"The hotel has a great location and is very close to the scenic area. It's worth mentioning that my child left his Miu Miu trench coat at the hotel and only remembered it two days later. When we contacted the hotel, they had a dedicated lost and found number and sent the trench coat by express delivery. We received it in two days without any delivery fees, which was excellent!"

"You can cook, and Walmart is just a few hundred meters away, which is very convenient. The sofa bed is also large and can sleep two people. The hotel is in a great environment, with a large lake and artificial beach, and the swimming pool is also very convenient. The only problem is that the air conditioner is very loud, which is not the case with many hotels we stay in."

"The hotel grounds are quite large and feature two swimming pools. However, the water in the pools felt unclean once we got in. Our room was on the first floor and felt quite damp. On our first night, we found a cockroach. We reported it to the front desk, and the staff said they could only spray the room the next day. Since we don't have much experience traveling and our English isn't great, we didn't take any photos. The next day, we found another cockroach, but despite reporting it again, no pest control was done. Also, the top lock on our door was faulty; it would often get stuck when we left the room, requiring us to jiggle it to properly secure the door."

"This hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating, it's so clean! I booked a twin room and they gave us two separate rooms! The hotel is small but very close to the bus stop, and there's a supermarket nearby. The bus stop for Universal Studios is also the closest one. When I booked it in the US, the room rate was under 1,000, and with taxes, it was a little over 1,000! It was fantastic. It's a shame we didn't have much time at Universal Studios; the hotel we stayed at for Disneyland was much bigger and emptier, and we had to walk a long way."
