"Great hotel in an excellent location, close to ICON Park and many good restaurants. We were a group of five staying in one room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed that opened into a double bed, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was nice, although we didn’t enjoy the hot tub very much. The self-service laundry room was a huge plus for us and made our stay much more convenient. The only downside was the breakfast, which wasn’t to our taste. We would have appreciated a wider selection, especially some fresh vegetables."

"The room was very spacious, and directly across the street was one of America's most famous lobster restaurants. We were lucky enough to catch a promotion where we got to try three different lobster dishes for just $80! The complimentary bread served before the meal at the restaurant was incredibly unique. The server was also excellent; we found out it was actually his first day on the job when we asked, so he happily kept refilling our bread! It's about a 30-minute walk to the outlets, which is super convenient for shopping. There are also bus stops right outside the hotel, and a free shuttle service to Universal Studios that drops you off directly at the pedestrian bridge entrance to the park – very convenient! You can also catch the shuttle back to the hotel from there. It's about a 10-minute drive to Universal Studios."

"The rooms were quite spacious, and the location was convenient. If you're planning a trip to Disneyland, I'd highly recommend this hotel. There's a free shuttle bus service, and the pick-up point is very close to the hotel. The hotel reception has a QR code for the shuttle bus schedule and specific stops in each park. The lobby sells water, bakes bread/cakes, snacks, and fruit, and there's also a Starbucks, which is quite convenient if you haven't ordered hotel breakfast. On my second day, which was probably Saturday afternoon, there was free popcorn available in the lobby, which was quite unique. The hotel has a very large swimming pool, and it's always crowded. It seems many foreigners choose this hotel for business meetings, and sometimes the social gatherings in the lobby can be quite noisy in the evenings. However, it doesn't affect the rooms; the soundproofing is quite good."

"I had a prepaid booking. They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status. We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment. Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error” The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff. The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner. I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing. You can get only inroom dining after 10pm. Shuttle service only to Disney parks."

"I stayed here with a friend to visit Universal. The room was very clean and thoroughly maintained, with attention to every detail. There is one shuttle bus per day from the hotel to Universal and one returning to the hotel. To get to Epic, you need to transfer buses, but it wasn’t too difficult. The return shuttle from Universal to the hotel was at 6:00 PM, which felt a bit early for us, so we took a city bus instead. It was only $2, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient. The staff were also very kind and friendly throughout our stay."

There's also a small swimming pool. However, I did have an issue with the front desk staff. After checking out, my credit card was overcharged by over 80 USD. I received a text from my bank on the way to the airport, immediately called the hotel, and they reversed the charge. It would have been a real hassle if I had only discovered it after returning home."
