"The hotel is very big and our Room was on the other side of the lobby area but we had pool in the yard and a quiet Room so it was very nice. Also the service was good and you could just text to the reseption any request or questions and they answered quickly. We met Gru in the lobby one day, i dont know how much characters visit the hotel but it was nice to meet Gru. Overall We were happy with our stay."

Universal's Aventura Hotel
"We took our annual leave and traveled to Orlando to visit Disney World and Universal Studios. We stayed at Universal for three days: one day at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and the other two days at Aventura Hotel. Since our English is not very good, we had to ask the staff to repeat themselves many times during check-in. At Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, we could feel the staff were clearly impatient with us. By contrast, Holly, who assisted us with check-in at Aventura Hotel, was truly an angel. Noticing that we were not fluent in English, she spoke very slowly and patiently, making sure we could understand every detail. She also carefully explained our room location, the hotel layout, and all the restaurant options. Her thoughtfulness was incredibly helpful and made our entire trip far more pleasant and stress-free. I will absolutely recommend Aventura Hotel to all my friends planning a trip to Universal Studios, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to Holly for her flawless service."

"Everything is perfect such as location, staffs, rooms, and amenities. However, I have got one thing to imform that before I checked out today, one staff knocked our door and tried to come in but luckily I did locked 2 layers so at the end I opened the door and asked whats going on, that guy was shocked and apologies. Therefore, imagine if i didnt locked 2 layer and come in while me or my gf was naked? what a terrible situation. Not even close to check out time though! Anyway, overall was perfect as I meant especially friendlyness of staffs!"

"Hotel has its own property. Room is big with a kitchen cabinet beside the room. It has microwave, dishwasher and cutleries. It’s a cozy room. We like it a lot. On level 2 there are coin operated washing machines and dryers. Can buy detergent beside the reception counter at level 1. Lobby has free flow water, coffee and tea. Good for those who love shopping. Premium factory outlet is just across the road. If going to Theme parks, is about 30 mins away by Uber or Lyft. Breakfast is ok. Overall is a good hotel to stay."

Universal's Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites
"We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle."
