"We stayed here for the early admission to the park, and for the shuttle bus. The location is so convenient for the park, and it was the best division to stay here. Rooms are nice, hotel is spacious, we had only one day to do Universal/ Islands of Adventures, but by staying here and the express pass we literally did everything in one day. Just make sure to use their 7 AM shuttle bus! The pool is pretty, but it’s too cold to swim in January. Would def recommend this hotel!"

"This was the worst hotel I had ever stayed in I had to book an additional room one night for friends of mine the first night was fine but that my friends decided they wanted to stay one more night so I rebooked the room they took the money out of my account and then the hotel themselves canceled the room and never refunded the money to me they are a bunch of thieves do not stay here"
