I can only say that there are no disadvantages except that the room is very small. The best thing is the location. There is a Nankai train from Kansai Airport that goes directly to Namba. The hotel is right outside the station, which is very friendly for people with poor directions. When I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm, there was a front desk staff to help me check in, and there was a convenience store downstairs, which was great.

Fantastic location, just minutes away from Namba Nankai Station. Family mart on ground floor. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room was compact but had all the essentials. Would definitely stay here again!
