It’s an OK hotel for the money with enough amenities for a short to medium duration stay. If the rooms had washing machines that would have been better. The balconies had obvious fixtures for a washing machine, but it seems they weren’t installed as a way to milk the guests for more money with laundry charges, which were exorbitant. Most of the staff was nice, but one older lady at the front desk, who seemed to be the manager, was EXTREMELY hostile to me, when I was there to ask for a print out of my **30. There’s a gym but it was almost useless to me as I need heavy weights. The dumbbell rack had the biggest dumbbell at 15kg, not good enough for me as I can curl 25kg. The hotel started doing renovations during my stay, which, according to the notice, would last the whole of the year. So, I wouldn't recommend staying there until after 2024 has ended. There was too much drilling and banging noise during the day from all the renovation work.

It was good stay but the room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The sofa in the room was quite worn out and dirty. I had booked a two bedroom suite but too small for a two bedroom suite. The girl at reception was very very help when I needed some papers printed. It’s just far from the central Pattaya, you have to take a taxi to Grab bike to get to central Pattaya. That’s a major issue, other than that it was a good stay.

Staffs was very nice but the cleanliness need to be improved ex. Mirror not clean, bedsheet and quilt was stained with red color, not strong WiFi, some insects in the room.

If you stay there opposite the street has some bars which will be quite noisy at night but we stayed in building 2 so the sound is not too loud. The place is nice and comfy we rent a bike so it was quite easy to travel around to the Pattaya beach takes about 5-10mins ride.

It was great. Feels like home away from home. The bed is so comfortable, my husband loved the pillow. 😁 The breakfast was good. 😊 The staffs are very accommodating.
We'll definitely stay here again.

Room is quite clean but I don’t know why I found a lot of baby cockroach in my room, I booked a city view room seems like the worst idea to do that cause music out loud in the night but overall is okay

It’s honestly an amazing place to stay, you wouldn’t like it much if you can’t sleep next to bars and noice or you like to sleep early, aside from that it’s a really good place to stay.

The room is clean. Near to Big C supermarket, but around 3 kilometres or more to Pattaya beach.

e she supposed to answer me every question that I asked because when I spoke to her she wrote down the cases on paper why the customer have to ask one by one and wait for the answer for forever What a professional!!!!! All the staff in this hotel aren’t professional at all. They always on the phone while talking to customer. They don’t care about customer. I just realize my sister case took them to find out for 2 days but they didn’t solve any solution in this case also RM kind of blame the customer my sister might lie to them about sunglasses. Hotel also can’t trust customer. Why customer have to waste time and extend another night to wait for the case that they can’t find solution yet? This is the worst hotel that I ever stay. Not recommend. I will also attached the photo the dirty towel that the staff set up in my room. What a cleanliness!! If the management or hotel owner see this review I suggest you to fire both RM and duty manager who deal this case or move them to be GSA position because it gonna waste your money to hire them and ruin your hotel reputation

We apologize that there is a process for checking walkway cameras. and work steps Investigators were called in 2 rounds, the first round from the supervisor level. The 2nd round, the hotel manager investigated the employees fairly. Because there was no CCTV camera in the room that could indicate that a hotel employee had taken your belongings. By law, the hotel must give the employee the opportunity to reveal details while she is taking care of your room. And she wants to preserve her right to continue working by going to the police station to cooperate with the investigation. She has a family to take care of and has worked in a hotel for 10 years and has never had a history of stealing from customers. And the hotel has rules and regulations that do not allow employees with stealing behavior to work with us.The hotel has an HR depar**ent that checks all employees before they are hired. In room for the safety of customers and the confidence of customers in the future.In room the hotel provide the safety box for our customer to droup the value things The management team is not complacent and has continuously followed up on the case. and informed you in the meeting room We are happy to send employees to the police for further investigation. But you informed me that it might be inconvenient.I would like to apologize for the cleanliness once again.Best regards,Management team

Everything was great, the location, services, breakfast buffet. Only the cleanliness of the room and also the bed on room 2314 is broken, it was too noisy while you're laying on the bed. The bed got irritating sound underneath. Please check on it in the master bedroom.
