We exchanged WeChat info, and he gave us great recommendations for places to go, as well as spots to avoid – it was up to us to decide. The hotel offers currency exchange for Thai Baht and even sells Chinese products. The fresh coconut water from the stall downstairs is delicious and cheap; my husband would grab one every day on his way back to the room. The cleaning staff (Ayi) does an excellent job, very thorough. Just hang the 'please clean' sign, and they'll see it. The fridge and AC in the room worked perfectly, and the hairdryer was especially powerful – I need to ask the owner for the link! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Pattaya."

"Well first time i had booked into this resort and I was well happy. We took a coach from bangkok and arrived by 11.30 am and got checked in straight away which was nice because checking is after 2pm. We got a room on the 10th floor with a view out towards the sea which was nice because my girlfriend like that type of a view. Overall the room was very nice but the only thing was I didn't take that many photos,silly me but 100% I'll book here again in the near future."

"my experience was mixed. The location is great — very close to the beach, which is definitely a plus. The room was neat and clean, and overall the property looked well-maintained. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. The male receptionist was extremely rude. I was simply waiting for another person, standing a step behind, and he kept telling me “Wait, wait, wait” multiple times in a harsh tone. That kind of behavior is not acceptable and leaves a poor impression. On the other hand, the female staff members were polite and more professional. The breakfast was just average — not quite what you’d expect from a three-star hotel. Additionally, the amenities could be improved: no toothbrush or slippers were provided, and we had to request them separately. Overall, while the location and room were good, the rude receptionist and lack of basic amenities took away from the experience."
