I rate hotel accommodation at a solid 4. We got a room on the 11th floor, with direct views of the sea and the pool. However, the hotel has rooms with a direct view of the neighboring hotel))), almost at arm's length, and at night you can hear the music there quite loudly. The room is cleaned daily, without any requirements, the staff is friendly. The breakfasts are varied, they change daily, but all the food is to my taste with a Thai taste (spicy, where there is no need for sweet, etc.), but you won’t go hungry, as there is always a choice of dishes. A market with a mill is located close to the hotel, where food prices are the cheapest. We didn't sit in bars. The sea in Jomtien is dirty, but the hotel is still a good place to stay.

Good location, breakfast. The plumbing is old, but everything works. If they update the bathrooms it will be better. Otherwise everything is ok

The location of Shadian is convenient for access to Jomtien Beach. The staff at the front desk are very attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast buffet provided by Shadian is fast and the food is supplied quickly. We are very satisfied. We will definitely book again when we go to Pattaya. The room is a bit old and tidy and clean. Excellent value for money

Location (the beach is a 3-minute walk, the sea is across the road, on the corner of 7/11, opposite a massage parlor with reasonable prices) 2. daily cleaning, towels changed daily, linen changed 3 times in two weeks. 3. Room equipment: refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning (from the remote control), kettle - everything worked. We lived in a room on the 11th floor - not Sea view, but the view of the Pattaya skyscrapers was not annoying. The advantage was that it was not the sunny side - the sun shone only at dawn, then it moved to the other side. 4. Lack of insects in the room - which is, in principle, rare for Asia. 5. Food in the hotel restaurant - a huge selection of dishes for breakfast: scrambled eggs, omelettes, two types of soup, two types of rice, yogurt, pancakes, pasta, Asian dishes. We even dined regularly at the hotel, because... The hotel restaurant offers good quality European cuisine: steaks, pizzas, grilled salmon, mashed potatoes. Prices are lower than in cafes. 6. Availability of a swimming pool. What can be improved: 1. Very flat and small pillows. 2. The only toiletries in the rooms are liquid soap in the dispenser near the bathroom and at the washbasin. The cleaning lady only adds a bar of soap and cotton swabs every day. There is no shampoo or conditioner. 3. It would be nice if in the tea corner, in addition to coffee and sugar, they also provided tea in bags. By the way, in the mornings at the restaurant for breakfast, tea is not from an individual bag, but from a common kettle. 4. The tiles in the pool area are in need of repair. Overall a good hotel for the money.

Good hotel for your money. Our room was clean and spacious, with a view of the pool and the sea. There are moments in the bath, but nothing critical. The pool is great. There is a good selection of food for breakfast. Friendly staff at the reception. The sea is nearby, but we had strong waters and we rarely swam, we mostly spent time in the pool and on the island of Koh Larn. Nice hotel, we are satisfied.
