Hilton Pattaya

A hotel with a high standard of service at a reasonable price. I booked a room on the 28th floor for a few days to compare it with other hotels and came away very satisfied. It has everything you need for a great stay—a swimming pool, a restaurant, and breakfast for 550 baht, which can be booked the same day at the lobby. Walk downstairs and you are right inside Central Pattaya, a multi-story mall where you can grab a bite, go shopping, or visit the nearby night market. Thank you to the staff for the excellent service!

The views are absolutely stunning, and the staff are all incredibly warm and polite. Every time they saw us, they'd smile and say "Sawadee ka." They were quick to open doors and help with luggage when we got in and out of cars. Definitely money well spent!

The location is super convenient and the views are absolutely stunning. Downstairs, there's a mall with everything you need: dining, massages, and shopping. My kids loved going swimming every day. The bar on the 34th floor is also excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Pattaya.

The hotel's location, directly connected to Central Pattaya, and the infinity pool were absolutely wonderful. It was very relaxing. You can also enjoy breakfast with a sea view. I would love to visit again.

The location is convenient with good surrounding infrastructure. The breakfast area is in the banquet hall, which makes the flow a bit inconvenient, but the service staff are very good-minded.

After my stay at Holiday Inn, I moved here for two days. Hilton's facilities are better, and I also had a 'sea view selected room,' which included executive lounge access and breakfast. The view was great, and the balcony was very spacious. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, and the executive lounge breakfast had even fewer options. The pool was quite large with a nice view. The surrounding area is very convenient but a bit noisy. There was still some noise at night, as the window insulation wasn't very good. Even on the 25th floor, most newly built hotels these days have excellent soundproofing. When the balcony door was open, the air conditioning would turn off. However, it was a bit slow to react; I had to close and secure it several times before the AC would restart. Plus, the balcony door was extremely heavy, requiring some strength to close if you're not very strong. Other than that, everything was good. It's suitable for friends or solo travelers on vacation, and I would choose to stay here again.

The pool is absolutely gorgeous. It's also very clean. The only downside is that the surrounding area can be a bit noisy.
