The hotel is big but hotel lobby looks quite empty. Overall is good 👍🏻

From All the hotels we’ve checked in, Royton has the biggest and spacious rooms. Mr. kazuki has helped me with my lost luggage. He was very accommodating with all our queries.

The worst hotel in Sapporo. The staffs were rude and it was a ******* hotel. The hotel is not clean and smelly.

The hotel is on the good location and near the MRT (Orange color line) that allow us easily travel to other places in the center of Sapporo via other MRTs.

The hotel is old. Remember, don't talk or work with the old man staff of hotel, all of them are slow and low efficiency. If you need any assistance, please Remember to find young hotel staff. Two times of electricity fuse were broken and one times of toilet flush was out of order during my stay. In general, not good !
