"Very near in tanuki koji, train stations, also bus stations from and to new chitose airport, the room is clean. If you aak if it is small, mostly hotel are like this but we have 2 big luggage and 2 hand carry bags and it all fit. So nothing to worry. Plus we have breakfast everyday which can fill our stomach with japanese breakfast. We had unli coffee, unli tea, and what we loved was the lactic acid vinegar juices. The lobby and dining area have heaters. We hade pajamas. ♡"

"The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to open a suitcase. The Japanese guy at the front desk who spoke Chinese was a great help; he booked a New Year's Day restaurant for me, and the food there was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent, and as a guest, I even got a 10% discount at the restaurant. The only issue was that the yukata provided had someone else's hair in it! It was all curled up in a clump, which was a bit disgusting."

"The location is excellent, offering a quiet retreat while still being within walking distance of shopping areas. There's a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart nearby, and Sapporo Station is easily accessible. The room size is typical for a Japanese hotel. The hotel also offers a luggage receiving service, which is convenient if you want to visit Hakodate first – you can simply mail your luggage from the airport."

"This is my second time staying here. I really like this hotel, even though the walk to the stations (Sapporo station, Toho Line and Namboku Line) is like 10-15 minutes' walk away. I like the room, not big but enough to accommodate a solo traveller like myself. And it's clean and comfy. I also like the option of just changing the towels and clearing the trash without doing a full-on housekeeping. Will definitely stay again when I go Sapporo."

"Between the JR Nikko Hotel and this one, the room size was the deciding factor in the end 🤭. We chose the South Tower, which is also relatively new, and the room was incredibly spacious – enough to open a large suitcase. It was also very clean. They have self-service laundry and a bathtub. It's about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. A taxi ride costs around 1000 JPY, so it's convenient to grab one if you're tired. The New Chitose Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. For the return trip to the airport, the bus stop is just across the street at the Crown Plaza. Taking the airport bus is much more comfortable than dragging suitcases through the snow."

"We stayed in a room with four single beds, which had ample space. The location is incredibly convenient, right outside Sapporo Metro Exit 21. It's just a 5-10 minute walk to JR Sapporo Station. Diagonally opposite is Tokyu Department Store, and on either side of JR Sapporo Station, you'll find Daimaru Department Store and STELLAR PLACE, both excellent places for shopping. Sapporo TV Tower is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is a 10-15 minute walk. There's a famous soup curry restaurant, PICANTA, just over 100 meters away. Walking to Sapporo Factory takes about 15-20 minutes. You can also book direct buses to Teine Ski Resort for morning and evening trips. The room was cleaned daily, and the hotel staff were all friendly. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also good."

"I had a wonderful stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel. There was initially a mix-up with Daiwa Roynet Nakajima, but it was resolved smoothly and did not affect the overall experience. The hotel is located in a very quiet and peaceful surrounding, which made it perfect for resting after a long day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated how calm the area was despite being convenient to get around. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a quiet and reliable hotel."

"Located in Nakajima Park, it's easily accessible directly from New Chitose Airport via the airport shuttle bus, and the return pick-up point is conveniently right across the street from the hotel. The hotel breakfast offers both Japanese and buffet options, and both are delicious. Upon check-in, a bellhop escorted us to our room, helped with our luggage, and explained everything. Luggage storage is available, and for extended stays, our bags were already in the room upon our return. It really feels like you're staying right in Nakajima Park. Highly recommended!"

"The room exceeded our expectations. We booked a double room, which was quite spacious for Japan. The cleanliness was excellent, very spotless. The location is superb, very close and convenient to the subway station, and also very near Odori Park, just a few steps downstairs to enjoy it. It comes with a mini-fridge, heater, deodorant, and other amenities. The front desk staff (both male and female) were very friendly and enthusiastic! The lobby also offers hot and cold water and coffee. We paid 290+ per night, which is excellent value for money. I forgot to take pictures of the room, so I'll include some photos from our Hokkaido trip instead."
