An amazing host and an outstanding stay! Highly recommended The host is incredibly easy to communicate with and always replies so promptly, which made our entire trip hassle-free. The place itself was sparkling clean, and all the amenities and essentials were fully provided and in great condition. What touched us the most was when a small issue came up during our check-out. The host went above and beyond to help us handle it quickly and smoothly. We are deeply grateful for the kind and prompt assistance! The host is truly a wonderful host who genuinely cares about his guests. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Had a very wonderful stay at this place. It’s more like a service apartment but the service beats a regular hotel. I had a very small tattoo but desperately wanted to go to an onsen, front office staff ayako-san very kindly offered to help me call the onsen to check. She also recommended another onsen nearer and followed up when she saw me the next day. The room was warm and big, loved the bath system. Do note that they only have a traditional tv, not a smart one.

The room is great, the hot spring is fantastic, dinner was an art, and breakfast was good. The water here is truly amazing! This was my second visit, and it was still wonderful and very private, allowing for true relaxation. I visited in March and it snowed a lot, which was very satisfying. The lounge cookies were delicious, and the alcohol and beverages in the in-room mini-bar were also excellent.

The room was spacious with a kitchen, two bathrooms, two toilets, and a total of four sinks. There was also a six-person dining table, a TV, and heating and air conditioning. There's a paid parking lot nearby, which is convenient for car renters. However, the soundproofing wasn't very good. When I encountered people driving cars, I immediately reported it and the issue was resolved. Cleaning and garbage collection aren't daily. After cleaning, the perfume I left on the table was missing. I reported it to the front desk, and the explanation was that it might have been accidentally taken away or disposed of as trash… Anyway, it's gone! It's a bit frustrating, and I hope others don't encounter this problem.

We visited as a family of four (two adults and two children) for two nights and truly appreciated several aspects of our time here: Spacious & Spotless Room: The accommodations were exceptionally clean and spacious, offering lovely surrounding views. Comfortable Bedding: Both the bed and pillows were remarkably comfortable, making for a restful sleep. Thoughtful Amenities: Having all necessary toiletries fully prepared and ready upon arrival was greatly appreciated. Few areas of concern to your attention so they may be addressed for future guests: Breakfast Queue: The waiting times and long queues for the morning breakfast buffet were quite significant. Onsen Water Supply Interruption: On our second night, the water supply in the onsen area was suddenly suspended while guests were actively showering. This was particularly inconvenient for those left with shampoo and soap to rinse, and unfortunately, it prevented us from enjoying the onsen on our final morning. Ice Cream Machine Malfunction: The ice cream machine served liquid instead of proper soft-serve during our visit. We do, however, appreciate how promptly the team responded and fixed the issue once informed.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the airport bus stop and about 100 meters from Exit 4 of Byeon-dong Subway Station (which has both elevators and escalators). There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. A pleasant surprise was having congee for breakfast. You can also choose one-day tours that meet in the hotel lobby, saving time and effort. Many guests stay here, so the breakfast queue starts forming before 6:30 AM, but the breakfast spread is extensive.

The room is very new, the facilities are still in a good state, and it looks happy. Although I have to change the car to the station, the traffic situation is still convenient. The accommodation is close to the shopping supermarket and Dachuang. It’s just that the baking tray in the oven is black, and I bought baking paper myself. It feels a little hygienic. If the owner can attach tin foil to make people who use baking tray feel better.

The room is around 20 sqm, which is good for solo traveler, couple, or 3pax. The room is clean, with no mold or cockroaches, and fully furnished with a microwave, kettle, TV, air conditioner, cabinet, hair dryer, towels, and toiletries. Location: It’s 13-minute walk to Sapporo Station North Exit (near the East Gate for the JR Rapid Airport train), 10-minute walk to the bus stop for tour meet-ups, and a 15-minute walk to the Sapporo Beer Museum. Convenience stores: There is a Seicomart next to the building. 7-Eleven is about a 7-minute walk away. There is also a Satudora Sapporo drugstore main office about a 9-minute walk away. I think it’s much better to shop here than at Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Restaurants: I couldn’t find any restaurants very close by, but you can walk about 6 minutes to the Empire Hotel, where there are ramen restaurants and Starbucks. Overall, I’m satisfied with the self-check-in, check-out, and the condition of the room. The only small issue is that there aren’t many restaurants nearby, and the owner waited until the last minute to send me the check-in guide and password, which made me worried throughout the whole flight.

The size of the room, bathroom, Wi-Fi environment, etc. were good, but the evaluation is considerably lower considering the situation where you can't sleep due to the footsteps, noise and sound of the ventilation fan on the upper floors. It was a pity that it was under renovation.
