However, walking in the snow during Hokkaido's winter is quite difficult. If you're not too concerned about value, I'd recommend staying closer to Odori Station for more convenience. As for the facilities, the shower area is a bit small, but everything else is good."

"Checking in was a real struggle. It was a self-check-in system where you'd never know if you didn't receive an email. They didn't send me an email in advance, so I shivered in the lobby for about thirty minutes before finally finding out how to check in. The location was great. The room was in good condition and clean. However, one of the beds had a broken frame, so it creaked the whole time I was sleeping. My daughter worried it might collapse. The draft was too strong near the bed, and the floor wasn't heated at all. While I liked the location and cleanliness, checking in was incredibly difficult. The poor condition of the bed, drafts, and heating made it a bad experience from day one."
