"When I entered my room it smelled a bit wet, but no mold in the room.
There might be some notices at night, I don't know if it's a refrigerator, air conditioner or water pipes.
No charging points near bed though.
And the room might be a little bit dark at night, there are not enough lamps in my opinion. But the man at the reception provided me an additional table lamp.
But they had a buffet breakfast. Among drinks I liked a ”Katsugen” (lactic acid bacteria beverage). I believe it's something local, as there are cows and pastures in Hokkaido.
And on the top 10th floor, if you have luck, you will have a room with the view of a bit of mountains on the horizon."

"Room is very clean and short 7mins walk to integrated Sapporo JR station, subway (Namboku and Toho line) and bus terminal. The hotel also upgraded me to a more comfortable double bed room which is kind of standard for all the places I have travelled. Amenities are always replenished unlike some hotels which don’t provide. Staff are very polite. I don’t know how many times I have bowed in return. Also, although the room is facing JR railway, the sound insulation is very good - no disturbance from train movement. Buffet breakfast is also very good with all kinds of sushi such as blow fish, flat fish, blue crab miso soup, ramen, Mongolian bbq mutton Jingkisukan, and even sparkling wine. I would stay here again if come to Sapporo."

"Facilities: Perfect score! The breakfast was delicious, and the large public bath was great, especially in the morning when it wasn't crowded. The room was also very new and clean, and there's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs.
Cleanliness: Very good and new.
Environment: High-floor rooms offer great views, and the surroundings are quiet. The only downsides are that you can't order takeout, and it's a 15-minute walk to go shopping, which can be a bit tiring. If you book a day trip, it's very convenient to walk to Sapporo Station North Exit for the bus, only about three to five minutes away.
Service: Service gets four stars. Most of the staff I encountered were great, but there was one front desk staff member named Honda who would discuss foreign guests in Japanese, which really spoiled my mood. I'd recommend avoiding them if you can. All the other front desk staff were excellent. On the first day of my stay, a female front desk staff with a single ponytail spoke super good English and was enthusiastic and professional – highly recommend her!"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to JR Sapporo Station and both the Toho and Namboku subway lines. You can even use the underground passage. Exits 23 or 24 have elevators, but you'll still need to cross the street after coming up. Exit 21 is very close but requires climbing stairs. The room decor is very new, and all essential amenities are present. The room was cleaned daily, and there's even a capsule coffee machine. The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff, which made communication easy. The room is a bit small; once two 24-inch suitcases are open, it gets a bit cramped to walk around. The smart toilet's features are a bit basic, and the soundproofing in the room is poor."

"Located in Nakajima Park, it's easily accessible directly from New Chitose Airport via the airport shuttle bus, and the return pick-up point is conveniently right across the street from the hotel. The hotel breakfast offers both Japanese and buffet options, and both are delicious. Upon check-in, a bellhop escorted us to our room, helped with our luggage, and explained everything. "Sort of an evil property by Mystays standards, which is a shame as the location and layout of the rooms are great. I had a business meeting in Asahikawa one of the days, so I emailed the hotel that I needed a 2PM checkout, they responded that 1PM is the latest allowed for 2000 yen per hour (double the industry rate). The train was sold out so I wasn't able to reach back to the hotel until 1:45, I kept in touch and emailed them to advise them of my check out status, but the staff was so mean to me after this incident, they acted like I was a criminal and refused to store my luggage the next time I checked out. I understand that I broke a protocol, but that was out of my control, and I still paid a lot of money, actually the 6,000 yen I was forced to pay was more than the cost of the room for another night.
The staff at this Mystays need to understand that they work in the hospitality industry. Things like this can happen sometimes, but when you treat your customers in a hostile way like this, it reflects badly on the entire company. Mystays is owned by private equity out of the middle east, so I understand why the late check out is 2X as expensive, but the service should NOT be more hostile because of this. If anything they should be nicer to the customers. Because this ruins your reputation and people won't stay there anymore."

YYangguang-baixueFirst, the hotel is just dozens of meters from JR Sapporo Station. You can see the 'FORZA' sign on the building right in front of you as soon as you exit the station, making it very convenient for travel.
Second, the hotel rooms are a bit small. Our suitcase could barely be opened in the entryway.
Third, regarding room cleaning, housekeeping only cleans upon guest request. If you don't put the 'Make up the room' sign on the door, staff won't enter your room without permission.
Fourth, the hotel breakfast selection isn't incredibly extensive, but it has all the essentials like Western food, sashimi, milk, juice, coffee, cakes, desserts, and pizza, and the quality is excellent.
Fifth, the room only provides a toothbrush, toothpaste, and sencha tea bags. Other disposable amenities are available for guests to pick up as needed in the lobby, to the right before entering the elevator area.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

AAnonymous UserI love the Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo; it's a peaceful oasis in a lively area, and everything about it was excellent. It's just a 15-minute walk to Tanukikoji shopping street, making the daily round trip a pleasant stroll. The breakfast spread was generous and offered a wide variety of choices. My son is young but quite tall for his age, and he sometimes worries about being questioned about his age; here, they thoughtfully provided children's meal cards. Our suite was incredibly spacious, and having two separate bathrooms was incredibly convenient. The overall decor was also lovely. We consistently opt for eco-friendly practices by not requesting frequent linen changes at hotels worldwide, and here, they even offered afternoon tea and snacks as an extra incentive for doing so.

11366199****This is an older, established onsen hotel. The public bath was very comfortable and not crowded, with toiletries from Pola and another brand provided. The room was spacious, and the private onsen in the room was also very relaxing. In the lounge area, you can enjoy bread, coffee, and juice, and alcoholic beverages are available in the evenings. The hotel offers a free bus service from Odori Station; we booked the 11:30 AM bus to the hotel and the 1:00 PM bus back to Sapporo, which worked out well for our timing. The hotel's food was just average.

MmcspikyOur family had an excellent stay at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any request — truly one of the highlights of our trip.
The room isn’t very large, but it was still comfortable and adequate for a family of four. We managed perfectly fine, and the heater/air-conditioning system was fantastic. It was very easy to adjust the room temperature to exactly how we wanted it.
A couple of small areas for improvement:
The laundry room only has three machines, so sometimes guests leave their clothes inside for too long, which can be inconvenient.
Parking is very limited — only eight slots, and availability depends on your car’s size. We were only able to park after switching to a smaller rental car. Thankfully, the hotel provides access to affiliated parking lots nearby at discounted rates.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Bespoke Hotel Sapporo. It was a great experience for the whole family!

EeasondingHad a lovely stay at this hotel in Sapporo. The room was a decent size and came with a couple of thoughtful touches that made the stay more comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the view—our room overlooked a beautiful park, and since it was sakura season, we were lucky enough to enjoy the cherry blossoms right from our window. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience.
The TV offered a surprisingly wide variety of channels, which was great for unwinding in the evening. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently close to Nakajimakoen Station, making it easy to get around the city.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and seasonal beauty.

The bed was very comfortable, free from the distraction of an unnecessary decorative bed runner. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
It would be helpful to add extra signage requesting guests to refrain from loud phone conversations in the corridor, especially around midnight, as not all guests are considerate or aware of noise levels.

AAnonymous UserMy husband and I booked a 6 nights stay in this hotel from 9-15 Nov 2025 as the location of this hotel is great (only 10-15 mins walk to Sapporo train station). Our taxi ride from the station to the hotel costs us only 750 yen.
On the first day of check-in everything went smoothly but we wish the front desk duty person was more friendly. He told us that room cleaning/makeup is only on every third day of our stay.
The morning shift’s front desk females are more friendly and helpful. The room cleaning team is more friendly & warm and gave us better impressions than the front desk night duty team. One cleaning lady could even communicate better in English with us than the front desk crew!
Clean towels can be replaced by putting the used ones in the brown bag and place it outside the door and new ones will given in a beige bag.
Toothbrush quality is quite good, comb, disposable shaver, shaving cream, facial cleanser, toner, beauty & cleansing oil, etc & beverages like coffee, green tea, earl tea and sugar are provided in sachets in front of the ground floor lift lobby and it’s self service.
The twin bed room we booked were spacious and could even put in our 1 large and 2 medium size luggage and there was a have dressing table, small couch, coffee table, safe box and a mini fridge. Bathrobes and bedroom footwear were also provided.
There was no clothes wardrobe, only 4 hooks & 4 hangers were provided to hang our winter coats.
The bathroom & room was clean and no odour. Need to step up one big step at the door to access the bathroom. The pillow was too soft, when we asked the male night shift front desk guy and was told ‘no pillow’ without explaining further.
Room window is quite sound-proof despite the hotel is just next to a busy street, we had good night sleep except for 2 nights, we heard loud noise in the mid-night (12am-1am) from other room.
We needed to deliver a big luggage to the airport and to be pick-up by the Yamato shipping company but front desk told us that we are not to leave our luggage at the front desk for Yamato to collect and we had to deliver it to the company ourselves.
Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay in this hotel but I think some customer service training is needed for the front desk team.

CClaire FanWhen I first arrived at the hotel around noon, all I could think was, ”Wow, this place is massive!” After checking in that afternoon, I realized not only was the lobby huge, but the room was also incredibly spacious. It's easily the biggest room I've stayed in across all my trips to Japan! Even the hot spring area and the restaurants were enormous. Everything was just huge, which is probably why there were so many tour groups – lots of elderly groups from Korea, Japan, and China. Honestly, I absolutely loved the seafood rice bowl and milk at breakfast. It's been two days since I've been in Tokyo, and I'm already missing it so much! 🥰
Dinner, however, was pretty average. There wasn't even any salmon sashimi, just a three-piece sushi plate with salmon and two other kinds of fish that I don't eat. I asked the sushi chef if I could just have a piece of salmon, but he refused and was quite rude about it... speechless.
