Amazing
MMark PraekiatThis is my second stay here because I love this hotel so much! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and very convenient. Thereās an Airport Bus stop right at the hotel for easy transfers to/from CTS Airport. It's located directly in front of Odori Park, which was amazing during the Snow FestivalāI could just stroll out and enjoy the event. I also loved the free rooftop Onsen for guests. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Great
BBisiligecengbuThe location is convenient, but be careful not to confuse the two Tokyu hotels as they are very close to each other. The free apple juice at the front desk every day is a great touch! It's also not far from the airport limousine bus stop, making travel easy. There's a popular soup curry restaurant nearby which is pretty good. As always, the rooms are on the small side. It's also close to Nijo Market. Overall, the location is good. I didn't book breakfast. The free coffee isn't bad.

Great
Bbobo102Traveling with friends, we booked rooms on the same floor. On the first floor, right by the elevator, there's a convenient selection of toiletries available, including toothbrushes, bath products, and men's razors. The hotel is super easy to get to, just across the street from JR Station. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right downstairs and two Lawson convenience stores across the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You can even get to Daimaru Department Store via the JR Station, and from the other side of Daimaru, there's an underground passage that leads to places like Tanukikoji. It's a bit of a walk to either end, but the best part is how close it is to the JR Station when you're heading home! Despite being so close to the JR Station, the soundproofing in the rooms is actually really good.

Great
GGuest UserThe accessibility was excellent, located right in the heart of Susukino, Sapporo. It was close to the subway station, and there were many convenience stores, great restaurants, and shopping spots nearby, making it very easy to get around.
The room, as is typical for Japanese hotels, was a bit small but impeccably clean, and the bedding was comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, so overall, it was a very satisfying stay.
I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sapporo!

AAguangāļøHad a wonderful stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and the room was spotless. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable ā I slept soundly all night. Breakfast was also very much to my taste. The attention to detail really made me feel at home. Great value for money, highly recommend!

MmomoyeoHotel looks brand new, dimmer for bed room lights and bathroom lights were nice touches. It's a walk from sapporo station but all underground so in winter or rain it is not a big deal. Exit at a lift on the left after miredo. You should pass a montbell store on the right. Some renovation going on so Exit 7 was not available. If you were taking the Chuo bus to Niseko the stop at Sapporo Grand Hotel is nearest and just a stone throw away. Rooms are Japanese petite. Also a short 15 mins walk to Odori station.
GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access.
Check in process really simple using the machine with passport scanner and room card issued for each person. Staff greeted us nicely and explained the room cleaning schedule (once every 3 day is must and optional (eco cleaning) for other days.). You can get all amenity from the front desk including pajamas.
Hotel was standard chain hotel with normal size Japanese Room fit enough with 2 people with limited space for luggage repack. Luggage can be stored under bed so no worries about luggage space. There is a lack of a small table for the bed side but we just slightly pull out the mini
fridge as a small table. Bed was hard but we prefer that way.
Free breakfast provided everyday during the stay on lobby from 0630 to 0930. Menu slightly change daily but consistently with rice, bread, yogurt and tea rice. Breakfast drink have hot tea, yogurt drink (Hokkaido milk yogurt drink. Highly recommend) and fruit drink. Coffee machine served from 0600 to 0000 daily.
Vending machine for drink available at lobby but we prefer go to nearby seicomart to buy stuff. Microwave also available on lobby.
Overall I will rate as 7/10 , better than average and best cost per stay if you use city subway alot
CCenttBest for travelers prioritizing excellent cleanliness, great facilities (especially the sauna), and easy access to the Susukino area of Sapporo.
š The Good (Highlights):
Unique Amenities: The hotel features a highly popular sauna on the top floor (not a traditional onsen) and offers free miso ramen in the evenings (usually 9 PM to 11 PM).
Cleanliness & Style: Rooms are consistently rated as impeccably clean, modern, and stylishly designed.
Location: Conveniently located near the Hosui-Susukino Subway Station (Exit 6 is often mentioned), making it easy to access the main Susukino district, Nijo Market, and the Sapporo TV Tower.
Staff: The staff are very kind and helpful.
š The Not-So-Good (Drawbacks):
Lighting: Some guests have noted that the lighting in the rooms can be slightly dark, which might be inconvenient for tasks like applying makeup.
Dining: The immediate surrounding area right outside the hotel may have fewer restaurants or convenience stores compared to the absolute center of Susukino.
Verdict:
This hotel is a fantastic choice if you appreciate modern style, top-tier cleanliness, and are eager to take advantage of the unique sauna and free nightly ramen. Its slightly quieter location is balanced by excellent subway access.

EExpat EDventuresOverall, the stay was comfortable with several thoughtful touches, though there were some design drawbacks. The beds were soft and comfortable, and it was especially convenient that the sofa bed had already been made up for my daughter when we arrived. Toiletries were provided at check-in, which was a nice and practical detail. The concierge staff were consistently polite and helpful, and I appreciated the flavoured water always available in the lobby. The location is also very convenient and made getting around easy.
However, the room itself is quite small. The walkway between the door and the beds is extremely narrow, and one side of the bed sits directly against the wall, making it difficult to get out at night without disturbing your partner.
My biggest concern was the onsen changing area. When I entered, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Drying my hair there was unpleasant, and when I asked the front desk, I was told it was a designated smoking area. I found this surprising and disappointing, as itās an enclosed space everyone must pass through to access the baths. Especially since the bath was lovely itself.
Overall, the hotel offers comfort, convenience, and friendly service, but the room layout and smoking policy around the onsen detract from the experience.
