Amazing experience with a great owner! Definitely the best place to stay in the ancient city. Close to everything but down a little side street so it is nice and relaxing. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was also super helpful, telling us the best local places to eat or buy local specialties, so we didn’t get “trapped” by all the tourist places around. He even told us where to go for the best photos in the area. Definitely recommend if you’re planning on staying for the night, and make sure to check out the 3rd floor balcony!

It's a B&B, located near Huaguang Tower. Take a taxi and get off at the cruise ship station on the river. It's a 5-6 minute walk away. The owner is very welcoming and the service is very good. It's a two-story small courtyard, and Huaguang Tower can be seen in the courtyard. , open the windows on the second floor and you can see the mountain view across the river, which is very pleasant. The decoration and facilities in the house are not good. There is air leakage everywhere, and there are cracks in the door and wall. The bathroom is not separated from dry and wet areas, and it is not water-proof. The floor at the door gets wet when you take a shower. The curtains are office roller blinds, which cannot be covered. Strict; the sound insulation of the walls is very poor. Overall, as long as you don't rely on star standards, it's worth staying.

The weather was great during our stay, and enjoying tea while admiring the river view in the hotel's tea house was truly delightful. Hotel location is particularly good, just at the entrance of the ancient city, there is also free parking space (to navigate to the visitor center); antique building, our room has a small courtyard, people feel comfortable; the environment is particularly good, the interior of the room is also very clean, not noisy, it is recommended!

Langzhong Ancient City is the perfect place for retirement, with fresh air and a rich cultural heritage. Zhang Fei Beef and Baoning Vinegar are worth buying. The hotel was comfortable, with all-inclusive smart facilities, though the elderly found them a bit difficult to use. I was woken up by firecrackers this morning, catching a wedding ceremony. The young bride was leaving the hotel for her wedding; it was very lively, but I felt fortunate to share in the joy! 😄

Staying at this hotel is mainly because I want to experience Chinese culture in depth, and it is very close to the parking lot. I can think of the cost of various facilities. The landscape in the courtyard can be said to be shocking. The unique national style is beautiful. The big sister at the front desk upgraded the room type when I checked in.
