I loved staying here and wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is very nicely designed, has all the modern comforts, yet gives you the feeling of staying in a historic courtyard house. There are many spaces to explore, the house has a lot of history and the hotel feels very peaceful and relaxing. Staff is incredibly friendly, spoke well English and offered easy communication via WeChat as well. It was very easy to stay here as a foreigner. They have a good system to carry your luggage in a small cart through the old town (as cars are not allowed), so there is no need to worry about that. They also offered a free train station drop-off. Breakfast was delicious and Langzhong is very much worth visiting, a beautiful lively old town during the day and at night when old lanterns illuminate the town. Would highly recommend staying here!

They said the room was too cold and asked them to increase the temperature. No extra quilt was provided for the bed, saying there were no extra ones. How could there be no quilts when so many rooms were empty? It was freezing all night. After driving for eight or nine hours, I saw that the temperature was only 18 degrees. I suggest you not stay here in summer or winter. I can’t stand it. Don’t even get secondary packaging for tea. Packing it in a broken box with all tea bags without small packaging looks bad. It’s better to put some loose tea.
